@@sojmike4761 I'm sorry for your wrist, that's a huge adjustment when you have to depend on the other side of the body for daily tasks and self care and you aren't used to it. Hope we both heal quickly too. Unfortunately, I have a few more biopsies and surgeries ahead and a very long road to recovery next year. My routine was the only thing keeping me disciplined while I was sick. I dont have my routine anymore but I am hopeful to be stronger than tumors.

I'm in the same boat..I snapped my whole wrist on May 31..had to get a steel plate to connect it back together.. hopefully we heal fast
