You can't even become a crime scene tech without a 2yr degree and that a civilian position and all they do is collect evidence, but cops spend 6 wks at the academy then are given a badge and a gun and told to go enforce the law which most of them don't have the slightest clue what those laws are.

So which is it making sure he didn't need help, someone called, or someone came in? They can't keep their stories straight bc they lie so much.

I don't know how many times I've watched cops just drive past a car disabled on the side of the road. I will say that I've seen some cops stop and try to help as well. So I guess it is almost a wash.
Depending on why i pulled off road will depend on who i call. Only time will i call the cop if i was in a wreck cause insurance company wants a report
I've been broke down countless times and only once did a cop stop to see if i needed help. As soon as it was established he required no assistance and that he was legally parked and doing nothing wrong that cop should've walked away but instead he decided to change his story to we got a call about you which is their go to excuse when they have no excuse to be bothering you. Its used as much as "i smell odor of weed coming from the car".

If anything, this guy sounds so defensive. He wants to be victim purposefully. Just answer the questions and you will be on your way. When you are acting defensive and resistant, it’s calling for more scrutiny. I’ve been pulled over several times, showed my id, and I always just answer what’s asked, no extra words needed. Always goes smoothly, and ends with a have a great day sir. As simple as that.

Use the 5th Amendment always. They used the “dispute” after, because then they can get a case for disorderly conduct. Stay calm and refuse to I.D. As they already checked the plate. They touch the vehicles so if anything comes out of this they also have finger prints for more evidence. Every question and move is to harm you

I didn't see any "walk of shame". I thought the first cop was more than a little disingenuous by trying to start out with the BS about "just checking to see if the driver needed help". Other than that, they explained why they were contacting him and shut themselves down once the guy told them he had nothing to say about the call. It all would have gone a lot quicker if the driver just started out with that then shut his window.

This cop is doing nothing but fishing, first he said he wanted to make sure he was OK and didn't need help or the car was disabled. When that didn't work he changed his story to someone called in and said you threatened them.
After the cop told him he was parked legally and doing nothing wrong this interaction should've ended right then and the should've got back in his car and left. These cops use the "we got a call" excuse as much as they use the "I smell an odor of weed coming from the car" excuse to violate the 4th amendment and establish "probable cause". He did not talk to the person that "called" bc it is an imaginary caller.
Then when the other cop came up it was changed again to someone came in, so which is it a caller or someone came in.

they weren't even rough or mean. I think they behaved professionally. most police immediately become angry and aggressive. I don't see that with these two police officers.
