It's insane how in US people have to pay to defend themselves from the lawsuit. Where I live if someone gets you in the lawsuit and they lose, they have to pay all of your lawsuit expenses which prevents abusive lawsuits like these.
Yeah, the fact that, in the US, you are expected to prove why they owe you the legal fees and that you have to specifically ask for them to be reimbursed is absurd.
Tiny update: he's being sued for two seperate incidents of tax fraud. And not like, "It should have been 48k and you put 47k" fraud, more like "You said you earned well below the poverty line and made 158k in charity donations, giving you a substantial return back" fraud. I'm part of the group and its life-saving for many women. Some guys are repititive abusers who go unpunished. It helps us to avoid those men. Also, it's not just a group shitting on men. Many men are often praised for being nice.
So it's a group for women who date around a lot to rate men depending on their actions on a date so other women can go to that same man and get the same deal, got it. If you're so scared of men, why even go on a date? it doesn't make sense - unless the whole reason you're going there is to get free food. You have to remember there's generally nothing in it for men when they go on a date, they go eat, pay for the dinner, go home and jack off. Net loss. Meanwhile for women it's a net gain - go eat for free, bore someone to death for a few hours and go home and finish your bottle of wine you just bought, or even better, received as a gift. Which one should really have a rating system for dates? but yes, I can understand outing abusive men who actually abuse women physically. Talking someone into dropping their panties isn't abuse.
But you know you aren't going to avoid those men. Men of culture are too intimidating and predictable to suit your fancy. We can try to arrange a date for you with a gentleman, but you'll likely just end up at jock's apartment playing strip beer pong a few nights later.
You should look into the one that’s suing in LA, he’s suing over 200 women and the claims on the court documents are just ridiculous, along the lines of “they all hating because they’re too ugly for a prime specimen like me”.
What's crazy is that Charlie spoke about these groups accidentally a few weeks ago. He probably just doesn't remember. in the "First Time I've Seen This" video.

with how fragile his ego is, i’d be scared of this dude. & no wonder all these women didn’t feel comfortable saying these things to his face. he clearly would not have taken it well.
Honestly, women and men that are in the dating scene SHOULD have groups like this for their communities. You never know who you are meeting and people seem to get more and more insane. Having a community that tracks individuals like this or that are worse should be put on blast. As long as you are not actually defaming or slandering the person. Some people need to hear the hard truths about themselves to make a change.
"As long as you are not actually defaming or slandering the person." I don't think anyone disagrees with you on this. The problem is the girls in this group were lying and defaming the guy. Charlie butchered the story. Lehto's Law covered the story better.
Nah I think it’s pretty ratty. It’s a lose-lose for men because most men just won’t care that much to do things like this, it’s just not how they operate or rather spend their time, and if they did I’m sure it’d hurt so many women’s feelings if they were talked about in one of those groups. I’m sure it’ll be seen as problematic, lots of double standards around this I’d fear. I’m also sure many guys have been wrongly slandered in these groups. I rather just not have groups like this.
Yeah there are upsides to it, but making gossip groups just to talk shit about each other isn’t going to help the situation of people becoming crazier. It will only make it worse. If you ever had a shitty experience as either the man or woman on a date and the other decides to slander you to all other people maybe very much undeserved. You will be at a disadvantage for the next date, even if you didn’t do anything wrong. You are essentially making dating a review based business, leaving no room for mistakes and a lot of room for slander and gossip. And there will always be someone who doesn’t get reached by the gossip club who will get an even more bitter/crazy person in front of him/her. Dating is about seeing of your personalities match. It’s the entire point of dating. One person’s experience might not reflect another one’s. This will only create more animosity and creeps in the long run cause people get rejected based on personality without even meeting someone.

Him actually bringing it out into the public like this just made it worse, false or not lol (and again some of the comments had proof and it was said how he's been mentioned in that group multiple times prior). Nobody really knew who he was until he did this, at this point he defamed himself which is what many individuals are saying. He can't be surprised that people see him as an idiot. The group wasn't even public and they made no public statements about him, so I doubt it'll be easy to sue. You gonna sue a group of girls for text gossiping about you in private? I’ve been on “are we dating the same guy” before bc I was curious if I knew anyone, the group exists mostly to warn other women about potentially awful men who have red flags and share their bad experiences, its women looking after women, yelp or glass door but for men, and I think there should be more pages like that. Also for 20+ women to be on the same niche facebook page calling you out, I wonder how many dates he goes on a weekly basis and how many women he’s disappointed, this definitely busted his ego
Yeah because there’s usually only one side to all stories. I’m sure all of these women are perfect dates and somehow it’s always the men. These are just toxic echo chambers masked in benevolence
@@dmcentYT Nico is definitely the common denominator in this whole ordeal. @@davidaugustofc2574 They said he wasn’t even spoken about badly… so logically that tells me it’s just a little echo chamber… created to embarrass men on dating sites. I like how “private” keeps getting thrown around, yes private, with thousands of members. That’s not so “private”… if any dates are so bad you need a group to talk about it you should be going to the police… otherwise it’s simply life and you learn… by the way the common denominator in this story is of course Nico that’s by design but the actual common denominator is the women having chronically horrendous judge of character and continually choosing trash then playing victim. See things for what they are not what they are masked as.
@@dmcentYT Private group means not everybody can get in and not every information can get out, there's a 100 million women in the States, 0,00x% are in that group. "Officer he said he wanted marriage and then ghosted me" what kind of crime is that? Unless he knew he had STDs and willingly shared his disease around, but there's no evidence for that. If the group is ridiculous, then it is also absolutely pathetic of you to be so offended about it. Don't you agree?
@@dmcentYT From this video alone, it is clear that the women mainly brought up the fact that Nico has a bad personality. Why can't people talk about that? Sure, it's gossip. Trash talk, even. *But women join groups like that so they don't have to bother dating people that many others had a bad experience with.* It doesn't have to be anything criminal enough to get the police involved. As for it being "private" but having thousands of members -- it cannot simultaneously be a "toxic echo chamber" for women to bounce false allegations off of each other and also only serve to "embarrass men". It is private to *prevent* the men spoken about from seeing what is posted, regardless of how many members they allow in. Otherwise, why wouldn't it be public? So, it's clearly not meant to embarrass men. Then, let's say the women are playing victims by spreading exaggerations and gossip about trashy guys in an echo chamber, warning other women about things that don't matter. Assuming you're not insecure that you yourself would end up being talked about in a group like that, *why do you care?* Who does it hurt? The trashy guys, because they can't get a date? Pity.
I actually love clingy guys, as long as they actually contribute to the conversation and that conversation doesn't entirely consist of "sup","wyd", "hru", and "wdym" like some generative text machine. 😂
Yep, therein lies the issue with groups/talks/gossip like this. Don’t get me wrong though, it can be a great thing to share things with your community, but only to a degree! For instance, someone brought up the understandable but always expected statement about women safety. Sure, that is VALID no argument there at all. However, why do these groups need to include irrelevant things about the person’s personality like clingy/flaunts about money? Everyone reacts differently and at different degrees of intensity to things; so there’s no way to properly convey things like that unless they are EXTREMELY APPARENT/EXCESSIVE in nature. Flaunts about money could be the person making a comment about getting a promotion at work and divulging how much they make now. A bit too FYI on the first few dates maybe; but what if they just believe in being open about things, or they’re proud because they have struggled for so long to get to that point; alternatively… they are use to dates that literally want to know that information for personal gain (which is very rude no doubt about that). There’s just no way to really say things like that in good faith with no issues at all unless everyone reading it is level headed and analytically/inquisitively inclined; which sadly the vast majority of both men and women are not that way naturally. As I said, not all of course; but MANY people are impressionable and don’t have a lot of autonomy over their own opinions for a plethora of reasons, and so what happens in these cases are things like that remark about being clingy (fairly benign in appearance) could put someone who could be perfect for that person off just because the STIGMA that clingy people are bad/should be avoided would make them hesitant… I mean there’s a threshold/balance like everything in life so clearly too clingy is not good, but you see my point I hope. You clearly have a good head on your shoulders though from that you know what you like though. This is just more of a mini-rant and for others to possibly get something out of, haha. Have a great day!
@@CDBIII bruh because why not? It’s a private group…women already talk with each other about men that they didn’t like or didn’t have good taste for..it’s literally human nature? They’re allowed to voice it out in group/private settings…we all have had “girl talk” with our friends. This is literally just that but on a much larger scale.

Yup, to any man with a working brain this should've been a staple a long time ago.

"As long as you are not actually defaming or slandering the person."
I don't think anyone disagrees with you on this.

Bruh are you really trying to copy the guy doing the daily facts thing? Seriously? You want youtube likes THAT badly that you just... copy the top comment?? Come on man. Grow up and stop trying to get pointless, worthless youtube likes.
Just gotta hit em with the J Jonah Jameson defense "That's slander!" "I take offense to that. It's in print, its libel"
This guy is the embodiment of "tell me your dad is rich without telling me".
You wouldn't want to see his bad side... because his bad side will literally try to sue anyone over anything.
Yea. He'll make you waste your time and money if you get on his bad side
0:09 he 100% cut this because he started laughing
Not to long ago I heard a Reddit story about a guy who was posted on the same private Facebook group and decided not to continue dating her! He also felt it was a breach of privacy and thought the only reason to be posted on that group means that you are being accused of being a creep!
Funny that there is a lawsuit now!
I know the story you're referring to, he was right in dumping her
Watch out everyone. This dude is speeding down this lawsuit in his Whambulance
Imagine being roasted so hard you wanted $75,000 back in *_damages_* 💀
That's how expensive the therapy he'll need to recover from those diabolical roasts is, finna take 340 years of sessions at least.
It's a private group, they're not trying to cancel him, and are not getting any prestige points by saying they were harassed too. The what is all that for?
I'm a man, I've been called out in private before, and I simply had to stop doing things that hurt others. I live normally now.
And it only went viral because of one idiot.
You see he wasn't spoken about badly, and then complain they didn't talk to the Police, like wtf are they supposed to do?
Pity.
Nico knows he's gay but doesn't "know".
This reminds me of the IASIP episode where Dennis goes on group dates and they all give him ‘one star’ 😂
I actually love clingy guys, as long as they actually contribute to the conversation and that conversation doesn't entirely consist of "sup","wyd", "hru", and "wdym" like some generative text machine. 😂
Yea that's fair enough
As I said, not all of course; but MANY people are impressionable and don’t have a lot of autonomy over their own opinions for a plethora of reasons, and so what happens in these cases are things like that remark about being clingy (fairly benign in appearance) could put someone who could be perfect for that person off just because the STIGMA that clingy people are bad/should be avoided would make them hesitant…
I mean there’s a threshold/balance like everything in life so clearly too clingy is not good, but you see my point I hope.
Men also talk about women with each other behind women’s backs..I don’t understand the big deal here. If a woman didn’t like something about a dude. They’re allowed to voice it out in group/private settings…we all have had “girl talk” with our friends. This is literally just that but on a much larger scale.
Hmm depends. If “clingy” means they’re being loving then that’s fine but if “clingy” is always innappriately touching (which is what I’m assuming she meant) and grabbing then it’s a no
I feel that! I dated a girl once in college who texted like that. She was so boring. I'd be immensely lucky if I got 3 or more words in a text from them. It's painfully boring. Lol
Lmao how did he even find the group? That means he must of been stalking at least one of them
Or all of em
Update: he HAS been accused of filing false tax returns.
Bro IS the "nice guy"
And he's gonna prove that in court
Wild that now a million people will know what he's done as a result of this lawsuit
My city had one of these Facebook groups but didn’t last long as the chats leaked and the truth about the situations came out. When you have a echo chamber and people trying to out victim each other they start making up stories or exaggerating the truth
It's pure cancer. Ironically charlie made fun of that forum before he flipped hard for this video.
So instead of coping with the 30 people that didn't really like him, he now showed more than 2 million people the reasons not to date him. How nice.
Dude turned something pretty private into something very known.
The funniest part is, Nico will definitely see this video and he will definitely have things to say to Charlie about it.
Imagine having a group chat full of women basically saying you're bad at dating. Rip
Then he sperged out and now we all know.
imagine being one of those women tho too who all either let or considered letting this guy in their undies long term for his pockets alone lol like tf did they expect? 'As long as he isnt bottom barrel trash personality wise im down to sell myself for a while'..
He has such a fragile ego
@@elderscrolls8442 you are trolling right?
I'm sure they didn't expect a dick and dash.@@elderscrolls8442
No way to prove damages. This is a type of stalking
You can tell by the language that his lawyers also think he's a joke. Sounds like a high school students book report on a book they never read.
Typical ambulance chaser behavior, honestly.
Charlie’s just has such Lucious hair
@MrBangerContentnerd
@MrBangerContentWho does bro think he is
Imma take some of his hair and make a clone, then make more Charlie clones and have them create channels and upload like usual
If there was a board full of men calling out women, there's noooooo way you would have a single woman complain let alone sue.
I've calculated Moist hasn't used the word "turbo" enough in recent years, that'll be 185,000$ in damage
Those of us in the "Are We Dating The Same Guy" are having a field day with this and many other losers 😆
Made me happy to see Charlie covering this content ❤
To be fair, that group in some cities has had people post random guys and made up things about them. It is not highly moderated as they suggest. This case specifically, the guys in the wrong
Also the group is meant to protect women from abusers, cheaters, but not to shame men but a lot of posts become just that. There is no proof required by them. Thats why other groups like victims of are we dating the same guy/girl have been made. There are also groups that require proof like The Ex~factor (violent/abusive)
Imagine being this guys dad. Do you just like, try again? Have another kid and hope they turn out better?
Pretend you don't know who he is and have never seen that guy before in your life.
Imagine being his mom. Knowing you brought a man women have to warn each other about into the world.
Proud to be from Chicago😎
I'm so glad we live in a time in history where potential future employers can find stories like these just by Googling people's names.
And that's exactly why this is defamation..
Its not defamation if its true@@Google-Username
@@Google-Username Defamation ? From himself? Maybe it's time this guy sues himself because he's the one who brought it public
maybe think for longer than 3 seconds
@@eggnoggroundhog The girls brought it public. AWDTSG isn't some discord with 10 people in it, millions of women view them.
@@JewTube001 and yet nobody would know about this if he wasn't moronic enough to sue 27 of them. Not surprised you don't see the irony here though, if you're even remotely defending this guy you're probably an insecure little baby boy just like him
