Everytime you think there are no more cheap turtles to mock, the bowels of turky hell produce new agents of bootleg chaos.
There's like 8 different companies all making OFFICIAL turtles toys, so I don't think the bootlegs are going to stop any time soon. Hell, the bootlegs haven't even caught up to this decade's turtles yet 🤣

The 2007 Turtles movie must be popular in Mexico or China or wherever these bootleg toys are from because 07 logo and Turtles character designs are always on the labeling almost. I mean 07 is a decent film but I wouldn't say it's worth making bootlegs out of.
The made bootlegs of the original design of Sonic the Hedgehog from the movie. If anything wasn't worth bootlegging it was that but they still did it.

I would like to imagine that the reason Shredder is red here is to show how ruthless and brutal this version of Shredder can be. As in, he bathe in the blood of his enemies.

Red Shredder's back being a copy of his chest with some screw holes is an impressive level of laziness.
I still wonder why the chest light exists. I'm guessing some bootleggers were making a knockoff robot or something with laser eyes, and found sticking one light in the chest was cheaper and easier than putting in eye lights, and then the practice just caught on somehow.
I've spent far too much time thinking about this already. >_>;

I think i had that exact Shredder toy when i was a wee lad, both him and the whole Turtle team consisting of 4 Raphaels

The video was delayed because Phelous couldn't stop laughing after knocking them down by simply breathing on them.
I just started collecting the old playmates reproductions from the 80s and 90s, they started showing up in my local Walmart. I was flabbergasted to see that even official figures come with weapons and accessories the figure literally cannot hold. I am positive they just tossed Leo's weapon sprue in with Shredder and called it good, none of the weapons are really designed to fit in to any of his hands. And don't get me started on his legs, that fucking thing is really hard to get to stand on it's own because of them.
I think the card also had two Donatellos on it. They look like the Key arts for the film featured on dvds and posters. So it's Mickey, Don, Raph, Don.

The holes on the package are for testing the one light for the one figure LOL.

Been a while man. Don't think I've ever heard of these bootlegs, rather glad I didn't. If they were meant to represent the 2007 "TMNT" movie, then this is failure to the max. But on the bright side, at least "Raphelangelo's" chest light works. So he can become "Iron Raph"! LOL
