This will turn out to be a major mistake, we're already seeing it unravel. Punk is a known toxic cancer of the locker room and his violent outburst almost ruining AEW Wembley was just literally insane. No employer in the universe would allow for one employee to brutally attack another one. We also do not have all the footage because it cut off but we do know there was more to it than even what we saw, which was pretty bad.
One thing you have to consider: At the time Dave Meltzer reported a lot of theories about it, ones where Punk violently lunged at Tony, threw monitors everywhere and was so crazy. Well, he later stated that reporting that been too kind, so whatever happened in the footage we didn't see, it must have been pretty awful because whatever it was, Meltzer had been too kind to Punk throughout it.

I'm still wondering what would happen to those wrestlers who left WWE and changed their ring name if they decide to come back one day. Will Jon Moxly be Dean Ambrose? Will Edge be Adam Copeland? They will have to lose their identity either way
