I mostly come here for updates on Leon, but this is really fascinating. You have a knack for calmly explaining the wonder of the nature you visit. I’m enjoying the video so far.
Wow Mr. Brady you have so many talents!!! Gardener, lobster and kitty dad, motorbike restorer, and kayaker explorer!! Thank you for recording this trip, your adventure was so fascinating!!!
Very nice to see the man behind such a great voice! The tree structures near the rock outcrops were amazing! As you went through the tunnel I was terrified there was a waterfall waiting for you on the otherside! LOL...and just as I was wondering if you had a drive partner to find you ....you of course told us you were on your way back upstream! Thank you for the adventure and give Leon a hello from Patti😇❤️
You certainly have some balls of steel! Going by yourself into the wilderness, no shoes, a dark hole with no lights, no idea what’s inside or what the ‘sound of rushing water’ meant...rapids? Waterfall?🔥 Not to mention the animals that would eat you under the water and in the forest. 😱 Beautiful images and a lovely video 👍
Well that was fun! I'm sat in my armchair in the UK, mesmerised by the stunning scenery. You live in a lovely part of the world! Thank you for sharing your journey :)
The editing of this video is second to none!!! The information, the music, the narration. It reminds me of the show Survivorman. Similar layout. These kinds of videos could easily be TV Shows.
Not only a animal friend, a proper adventurer to. I'm glad you blew up with the Leon video series because I can really tell that you've got a knack for interesting topics.
Truly wonderful film with incredible narration. I'd truly love to see more of this. I'm thankful Leon brought me here, but this is just as much of a pleasure to watch. Thank you for putting this out to the world for us to enjoy.
nice one! have done the tunnel twice in one day but we walked our kayaks all the way around the mountain. going straight back through was genius! must have been very tough to get all the way back upstream to where you parked!
That was incredible! Thank you for an amazing peek into the beautiful geography of Georgia! Your eye for beauty is a gift in itself. Your story telling ability is inspiring combined with your photography is wonderful. I am so happy to share this journey with you. And all of this because you saved Leon from the grocery store! Thank you Brady! Frances
My husband and I love chill videos of exploration and it always reminds us of other great outdoor adventures to go on in our neck of the woods. Please, more exploration videos! You are so chill and your videos are very enjoyable. ❤️
I love your content. those are not RUclips videos. they are calm, take the time to setup shots and tells a story. those are, like you rightly told us from the beginning in them, movies. I am always excited when I see a notification from your channel. I came here for Leon but stayed for the movies keep it up. you are doing great stuff
As much as I love Leon, seeing the area I've enjoyed for some years in a new way. Makes me want to kayak even more now - thank you for sharing the journey.
This is the 1st non Leon video I've seen from you and I really enjoyed it. Your appreciation of the beauty you saw around you was touching. Thank you for taking us with you.
Looking at you taking that rope swing (about 3 mins in) made me so nostalgic. Growing up, my uncle’s farm was about maybe a half hour from a stream with a rope swing. We had so many good years visiting... But also equally not that many... Can’t have been more than say... 4-5 years? But still, the years we did spend visiting my uncle’s farm, spending time with the cousins, and altogether just being kids, before my uncle died, those are so special to me. Heh, crying over a rope swing in a video, that’s a new one... But thanks, it was really nice remembering something I haven’t thought about in years.
First, I KNEW you'd run around barefoot like a true explorer! And 2, oh my goodness, what an epic adventure! I would love to find a cave in the middle of the river! This was an excellent journey. Thank you for sharing. I'm impressed with how you drive that kayak. All I can do is circles. Beat that! ☺️
WOW! Just wow! Thank you for taking us along! I hadn't paid much attention to what you looked like previously. I thought you would be more... well... "Professor" than you are. The image my mind made with your voice. No offence meant. Was quite a fantastic surprise! I wish I had time for adventures like you. I go barefoot whenever possible. it grounds you. Good for the soul.
this reminds me of being a kid at my parent's cottage spending all day exploring the lake in a canoe, just you and the sun and the water and the wilderness! the most peaceful feeling
Reminds me of the Bunya Mountains here in Queensland, Australia. I love rainforests, or any sorts of forest really. You just walk along listening to the birds and the sounds of the forest, sometimes seeing other people exploring but most of the time being solitary and just enjoying the peace.
this is crazy to me, I was viewing the suggested video about Leon and discovered your page. Just to see you are right up the road from us! interesting video! I spent many days in that river in my childhood summers ☀️
That was fantastic, Brady, thank you so much for taking us on this adventure!! The scenery was spectacular and the underwater footage was so unique - that little fish swam by at just the right time, super cute!
Brady carried that 140 lb kayak from his vehicle to the water like a body builder. Then later wound up wading/paddling back up stream for 4+ miles. He is one strong dude.
Great to see your face! Thank you so much for taking us on this journey with you! I enjoyed it very much…especially when you grabbed that rope of death 🤣😆🤣!! We used to have one on our annual canoeing trip with my family. And we ALWAYS went for a swing, or 100! God Bless and give Leon some love from me 🐾❤️🤙🏼 Great video!!
*Had fun with you on your escapade from my couch 🛋️ lol. You do great video work, commentary and editing 👍. Nice to put a face to the narrator, by the sound of your voice, I thought 🤔💭 you were older. Thank you for all that you do for us. Give Mr. Leon 🦞 a virtual squeeze 🫂 for me from N. CA. ❤️😍.*
Thanks for posting this. I'm from Dahlonega, further up the Etowah near Jay Bridge Road. I have fished from the Ranger camp(Camp Merrill), all the way down past Castleberry Bridge. I haven't been home in 12 years. Usually when I'm stateside I stay at the Allatoona end of the river where my family all lives. Didn't realize how much I miss it there. Thanks for the memories.
When I was young, my buddies did a 3 day canoeing trip with the Boy Scouts, from Jay Bridge all the way to Allatoona Lake. All they could talk about was the tunnel
Your editing is amazing! Most of the time RUclips has become second monitor content for me, but your videos really pull me in. I hope to see more of this on your channel. Thank you and greetings from Germany.
I really enjoy these videos you produce. They are really well done and peak your interest just at the right time. Brings me back to those nature documentary/learning series for kids that used to come on
This really took me back in time, as a child I would explore the forests and creeks and rivers in Alabama. There is a reason it’s called Alabama the beautiful. It really is tranquil and beautiful. No outside world can be heard you just get lost in the beauty of nature. I love Alabama and I thank you for sharing this video with everyone to see it.
I found your channel, thanks to Leon (I often wonder how he’s doing during the week), and now we meet you. Thanks for sharing your adventure with us. It was beautiful!
I have to admit that I am a little bit of a Leon groupie. Don't know how I stumbled onto your channel, but sure am glad I did. You have some really wonderful and diverse content. And this was absolutely stunning! Glad you made it back to the car before dark. There is a mesmerizing quality to much of your work that is quite appealing. You are very talented. Looking forward to future notifications. Keep well!
I love it when I stumble upon a special video like this. Well, I AM subscribed to your channel because of Leon, so maybe I didn’t exactly stumble. But I never expected to go on such a journey as this. Thank you so much!
I came to the channel for Leon, but I really enjoyed this too. I had no idea you were in North GA. I am too! The Etowah runs right near my house, we have to cross it every time we go into town. Small world, eh?
This is an incredible video. I very much enjoyed you taking us along. I love doing this sort of thing but I am old and kinda crippled up now. I don't get down to the creek or river these days. This was the next best thing to being there. You did a very professional job with the video cuts, the underwater sequences and the music. It was fun to see you as well. Thank You Very Much 👍🏼
I love this. Thank you for sharing all of your wonderful adventures and thank you for keeping everything so authentic. You seem like a very nice person.

Taking Leon on kayaking trips sounds like a great spin-off series: “Leon on a Leash!” lol 😂
My thoughts exactly!!
