I agree with the top comment that The Finals just lacks solid marketing, and I would also love to see the quick ass gamemode get a cashout mode to offset its bullshit.
Oh it definitely does, which makes their decision to make Quick Cash more "casual" even more baffling. They're trying to bring in a casual audience who doesn't even know the game exists. And much appreciated 😁👍
Before the finals came out I was so excited, but no one knew what team work meant and it always felt like such a cluster fuck that I never picked it up again.
Can't say the player base is any better now. Randoms continue to be, and always will be, extremely hit or miss. Regardless, I do recommend trying it again, maybe getting some friends involved. That's what I did anyway lol
You can't stop people from teaming by taking away the scoreboard. That's just asinine. It also happens far less than you may believe you experience it. Being able to fight who you want and pick engagements is a fundamental focus of tactically and skillfully playing an FPS. Taking away the scoreboard would, literally, make it noncompetitive as you then wouldn't be able to directly compete against others. Complaining about the very core and nature of this game might be telling you all you need to know about it.
@@nb4 Your opinion is a pathetic cry of a total loser who can't handle getting outplayed. Whining about the scoreboard like a brain-dead infant? Seriously, grow the fuck up. If you think 'cheesing' is an issue, it's because you're too fucking dumb to deal with it. Fighting the team who is in the lead isn’t 'no skill,' but your utter lack of game IQ is. Can't handle third parties? That just shows you're a useless scrub in every sense. Stick to games where you can't get your ass handed to you by real players, you pathetic, skill-less, waste of oxygen.
Definitely would be. As it sits, Quick Cash isn't anything like World Tour so players going from that to World Tour are going to be in for a rude awakening lol Much appreciated 😁👍
yk I didn't really think about it. I don't even play the game for any mode other than ranked ever since S4 while during CB1, 2, OB, S1, S2, S3 I have strictly played cashout. I don't remember when cashout was removed but I did notice that the "Casual" mode is way easier and generally nowhere near as much of a challenge or as fun. Or long.
I feel like my biggest problem with this game is everyone just complains and complains so just take this advice no matter what embark does you will never be happy, so stop yearning for shit that doesnt exist. WT is the new cashout, quick cash is dead this season
@@jjajpo WT is not the new Cashout. Cashout was it's own thing. World Tour replaced unranked tournaments. Also, not everything is a complaint. The game has been fantastic. Criticism =/= complaining. Nothing will ever improve of people just accept whatever they are given.
Quick cash is not good imo, I would much prefer the premier casual game mode to be world tour. I haven’t ever played a game that has a tournament style system like the finals before and it’s the coolest thing when I lock in with two other randoms to make it to “The Finals”. The uneven number of teams in quick cash just make the game to chaotic to learn and annoying because it’s engineered for you to get third partied at all times.
Quick Cash always had the inherent problem of more likely third parties but now, with the crazy fast respawns, it's a guarantee unless you kill off both enemy teams at the same time.
Everything you just said is true And it dawned on me two days ago Quick cash doesn’t feel good anymore And I fucking hate world tour. It’s sweaty asf. I need a casual mode that’s not the dummy mode quick cash
@@THEDARKHORSES2001 Personally, I really enjoy World Tour. Probably my favorite mode despite the sweat. That being said, even Quick Cash is super sweaty now, feels impossible to win given the parameters that makes attack and defense significantly harder.
So this has been talked to death at this point, but my biggest complaint is the server stability. I know they had to decrease the tic rate based on low players, but the stability is honestly the biggest complaint from my friends. Dying to bow shots from around a corner, getting rocketed when i see it clearly missing me, and sometimes horrendous visual misrepresentation of where players are clientside is frustrating.
I've heard this from a number of people as well. If you don't mind me asking, where do you live? I'm on the East Coast of the US and never experience these problems. Not sure if I'm just in a better server cluster or what but I do hear you.
@DoodleMan149 Southeast US. Always use NA servers, but have cross play on my XSX due to load times outside of peak hours. Off of cross play, it can take >20 minutes to find a game of WT, which makes me primarily play QC.
Quick cash isn't bad mode, it's just care free, fucking around, swapping loadouts on the fly, it never was meant to have 'tactics' or 'strategy'. Just open the box, put it into other box, kill anyone who tries to mess with it and don't die on the way. It would be even better solo, because at this point teamwork is more of a suggestion, sort of team deathmatch style (solo bank it and steal the spotlight were awesome). Another thing with quick cash, you can test new playstyles and adjust them midgame, not needing to end whole match. Not saying cashout is unnecessary, it would be nice to have quicker, unranked tournament, but it isn't because of bank it.
See, what you just described already exists though. It's called Power Shift. Of objective truly doesn't matter and it's just about screwing around with various loadouts, Power Shift already had that. There was no reason to make Quick Cash worse.
@@DoodleMan149 Power shift is completly diffrent game mode, same with bank it and terminal attack. Power shift and bank it have the same care free spirit as quick cash, but power shift is payload game, bank it is kill confirmed with deposits and quick cash is sth entirely new made by embark. They're not the same
@domino960 No, they definitely aren't, but, if as you said, you just want to fuck around without tactics or strategy, then the "objective" that doesn't seem to matter anyway shouldn't be an issue.
It's different but ultimately an amalgamation of other already existing modes. Regardless, Quick Cash didn't need to be dumbed down but we'll see if the massive boost in player numbers since it was implemented proves me wrong.
Tbh the game modes are fine. Cashout was removed because it was a weird in between of not casual but not competitive so it never got a real standing following I agree quick cash is a little lawless but that’s the point it’s an f around and find out game mode
The current form of Quick Cash is also neither casual nor competitive. It's too chaotic and ridiculous to have any competitive tactical edge to it and the extremely sweaty player base in general still makes that mode the toughest to win in.
Anyone can play ranked its so annoying. You should be Gold in world tour and atleast level 40 before you unlocked ranked. Im hardstuck bronze with bots every game and only play world tour now. Even in world tour ill be on a team with new players/bots and kids who rage quit.
@@woodoopoom That would be a nice requirement but might severely limit the Ranked player base lol But I definitely agree, unfortunately can't change how people play, there will always be potatoes
Soooooo, no, not at all. Like I said in the video, a SINGLE round of a tournament. No advancement. No rank to grow. No limit on respawn tokens. Just like it used to be back when we still had the separate mode of Cashout. Basically, the OG version of Quick Cash but with one more team, one more cashout station, and one more cashbox at a time.
lol... just market the damn game. its solid, but everyone either forgot or never heard of it.
Probably the game's biggest weakness honestly.

imo this game needs attention for Tencent who makes every game they produce become valuable. And Embarks need to take the chance.

-Rework quickcash into cashout
-Add a TDM casual mode, available and visible in the main menu
-Market your game better

Erm, QuickAss... I agree with this 100% man - Cashout would be a great entry point for new players to learn the ropes before jumping into World Tour!

Take out Terminal Attack and just put back Cash Out, nobody asked for ANOTHER S&D mode in an FPS

Gotta wonder, especially since they already had a working model. They simply need to reintroduce it, don't need to rebuild it or anything.
Solo queuing is a waste of time
I love everything about the game right now and I started when it first dropped. I just have a different opinion is all.
