No, didn't see Cubone. Singapore store is smaller so less items, may have to pre-order from Japan and send through third party but more troublesome. Some travellers do not know that Singapore has a Pokemon Center and its so convenient because connected to airport, they can just go visit during transit etc.

The items in the SG store changes every few months, so Cubone may be available in future, its hard to say.
