Que bonito tio. Como me gustaría tener la misma oportunidad. Al menos la de tener mi propio caballo. Lo triste es el no poder permitirtelo por temas económicos. 😳

i dont think its natural for a horse to to stand on his hind legs and made to do that i would like to see him ride his horses with out those feirce looking bits and those alful little spurs on his boots digging into the horses flesh. whoever this man is he looks a very arrogant person.

The haute école movements were used during the war when fighting was done on horse back. Just like the Spanish Riding School of Vienna they are keeping those movements alive. However, this man's techniques and training methods are fierce. Long shank spurs, rollkur and poor treatment (another of his videos shows a horse bleeding from a severely tight nose band) those are tricks of a poor trainer, not of a great one or even a mediocre one.. It is abuse, pure and simple. I have been a professional rider for over 40 years and this is disgusting. I surely feel for his horses and those are are being taught by him. They will only continue the abuse, thinking it is okay. It is not.. Here is the other abusive video, ruclips.net/video/VsW_wL6n5iw/видео.html

@@floridapielady yes I think so to he's a bad trainer and very hard on his horses, I don't really know much about this training method, but I have been a rider and a groom for many years, now retired.🐎😁

I would like to see him do all these haute ecole moves without 2 bits in the horse's mouth, with only his seat and a neck rope. If he is a true horseman, the horse should listen to only his seat aids

Tell your sage advice to the riders at the Spanish Riding School in Vienna. They always ride the mature Lippizzaner stallions with double bridles, whip and spurs.
You are going to tell the world the riders at the Spanish Riding School aren't "true horsemen" and don't know what they are doing because they don't do their performances with only a saddle pad and neck rope?

DoubleDogDare54 spanish riding school is a bussiness. They are doing things much quicker now than the old masters long time ago. I seen somewhere an article about then using rollkur as training method. They want the horses quicker to be part of the show and produce money.
Have you heard about Academic Riding and Bent Branderup? He is not doing it for shows, he is following the old masters way, taking the time it needs for each horse. He and his students are using cavesson for the important first phase, teach the horse the seat aids mostly. Later in training they will use the bit. I consider what he is doing as horsemanship, understanding of horse mental and physical abilities, having healthy horses until they are very very old.. Check his videos and his students..

Amen to that! Double bridles are not always required. I rode with the Royal Lipizzaner stallion show and we'd take off the double bridles and ride naturally. In the show ring, the double is required, but in training it is certainly not. Even the Spanish Riding School knows this and doesn't always use the double bridle, that comes after a long time of training. Even then it is not used all the time, but is in the show ring. Check out a man named, Alexander Nevzorov here on RUclips. He is an amazing trainer without a bridle or bit. Here is one of his videos, ruclips.net/video/p-maxXVCTzg/видео.html

Florida PieLady thanks! I know about Nevzorov. I am a big fan of him. I have his wife book on Hoof care and his book on School sest. We have 2 own horses and we only ride and train in bitless, sometimes with neck rope and they can do shoulder-in/ hounches-in and travers at liberty. They are no dressage horses, one is Scottish Highland Pony and one is mix betwwen Fjord and icelandic.

I love those breeds! I am sure they are adorable and very happy to have a loving mom like you that cares. I have chatted with Alexander's wife many times, she is a delight. Wasn't aware of her hoof care book. I will check that out. There is always something new to learn.
