How to Replace 06-11 Honda Civic Headlight Bulb High Beam

This is the procedures to replacing the headlight bulbs (high beam) on the 8th generation Honda Civic coupe. The procedures for the sedan may be similar.

You generally don't have to loosen the battery tie downs to have access to the driver side high beam. Removing the reservoir from the locating tab and moving it out of the way is good enough. Thanks for helping out. I am replacing my standard halogens with LEDs.

The high beams are easy. The LOW beams are much more difficult. If you are replacing the bulbs use LED bulbs, not halogens .

So daytime running light bulb and high beam bulb are the same?

yes, they are the same.

I did change mine like u did on passenger side but the high beam won't work
