I agree it is expensive! But alot of people come here for the summer to camp, hike, fish, etc. and there is a Bible College here, so lots of renters. And it’s kinda like a touristy town so it is a more expensive, seems like that the trend for a Colorado mountain town. Thanks for watching!

Amazing looking place to live, if I had $650K to spend on a 30-year old 3BD/2BT house on 1/4 acre.
