I love the fact how this home hides its beauty from the front it looks plain and boring until you open up the front door then it’s wow, the interior is so well laid out from the rooms to the outside garden to the rooftop it’s stunning.

Nice house in the center of town. The only problem with houses in the center of town is the noise, but, this is a beautiful house as many are in SMA

The one thing I've noticed about this home that I don't see as often in the States are thick walls.
I live in the Chicagoland area and it gets cold and windy. Thick walls would do more good than not, or so I'd like to think so.
That also let's me know that this home isn't cheap. You get what you pay for and you're getting a sturdy home. ❤🎉🎉❤
Here in San Miguel de Allende weather can get really hot in summer. Thick walls work on this house because of the tall ceilings.
