This is the best video I've seen in a long time. It made me happy and remember the time I spent with my grandfather without getting upset. It's been a little over a month since I lost mine. Love seeing this content. You are so sweet.

Enjoy this time with him, spend as much of it together as you can. I lost my grandpa to Alzheimer's in 2018, and I still think fondly of years I spent with him before he passed. I miss it all, even answering the same question every 5 minutes. I love that you made things that are nostalgic for him, this helps them cope with day to day life more than you can imagine. Awesome grand daughter ♥

Julia my West friend there is some new medication that successful develop by China scientists years ago that medication is designed for Alzheimer disease it has function of delayed it and improved brain cells function into same like the patients when they still young and strong in their youth days .it's ingredients Has sea weed . You can ask your family doctors about the medication is suitable for your grandfather or not .😇

My Grandfather begged to eat dinner with me while he was still alive. I still have the photo of him smiling in the restaurant on our bookshelf. The funniest photo of him was when we went to Chuckie Cheese for my 29th birthday.

Great stuff Julia . I was my dads sole cargiver for twelve years(dementia) until our journey together ended.most days started with the usual "have you seen my hat" ...i had a few spares😉.It was a tuff ride at times but he was my best mate a i was his ,and we were in it together ❤️❤️👋🇳🇿nz
When I lived in England as a kid in the ‘70s almost everyone ate soft boiled eggs and had those egg holders. We would dip our toast in the egg and it was really good, I also remember us dipping toast into milk as well.

I'm German (born and raised until I moved to the US 4 years ago) and THAT is the proper way to eat an egg. In Germany everyone eats eggs like that hahaha and we also have an "egg cooker" so you don't even need to put the egg into boiling water😂 and everyone has those egg cups usually too 🥰 that was so lovely to see you and your grandpa do that. I didn't know you were part german🥰🥰😊

I grind chicken & make my own patties that are way lower in fat. Keeping a bag of frozen patties makes for quick breakfast in the morning.
I think its AWESOME that you did this with your Grampa. It meant the world to him, I promise! My ancesors were also German immigrants into Russia before they came to the US. We could be distant cousins! lol

It was Miracle Whip for us, but we always said mayo. Diane Sawyer said it was her favorite sandwich! I heard her say it on "Good Morning, America" Years ago. :)
