Diana lost her high notes during puberty but began recovering them after Brandon Stone became her coach. Her performances in “The Show Mask Go Om” showed she had made progress. The video you reacted to appears to have dropped around that time. I don’t know whether she could’ve reached the note required at the time of that performance. I am no musician. Best wishes. ❤
