All republics are a form of oligarchy, as are most modern day monarchies. Oligarchy itself isn't necessarily corrupt by nature, but it is most privy to corruption due to the nature of how vastly over encompassing oligarchic beliefs can be and human nature: plutocracy, kritarchy (rule by judges, like what's going on in Brazil), stratocracy (rule by the military elite) & military junta, aristocracy (rule by the nobility), gerontocracy (rule by the old), etc. Oligarchy becomes corrupt when the oligarchs no longer represent the interests of their nation's safety or their people, but rather become self-infatuated with their own success. You can find such examples mostly in the West, which projects a lot of its oligarchic corruption onto the current Russian system by citing the old Oligarchs (this isn't to say that Russia can't be corrupt. In fact, I'd argue that it's just as corrupt, but the difference is that the business oligarchs of Russia are a lot less self-interested and a lot fewer in number than American oligarchs)

@@PC-le1ty Музыка уж больно там хороша. В целом многие советские песни за душу берут и заставляют проникнуться. А этот гимн… средний, не особо выдающийся, в отличие от гимна СССР. Та же «Славься» на две головы выше.
@@milanas.4824 "Славься" не подойдёт, потому что нам не нужен гимн с имперскими отголосками. Там в половине текста про врагов, войну и т.д. А советский гимн просто уже надо оставить в покое. Не надо цепляться за прошлое. Советский гимн красивый, но это гимн тоталитарной и закрытой страны.

What if its is imperial ? To have been an empire symbolozes might, strenght, both physical and mentall. The empire had generals,poet, scientists, saints,artists,etc. All something to be proud of.
