I miss being in Hong Kong. I lived there pretty much most of my life and I really miss my home! I'm currently studying at a boarding school in the UK. I have been for about two years now, and I have to admit this triggered my home sickness again XD. Great vid!
By no means at all am I trying to sound ignorant and I understand that is it your home and you would be homesick however you liked living in China? I asked that because we always read about how horrible their government treats them!! Im hoping that you are overcoming your missing hong kong and more importantly I hope you get to see home soon!!

@@rollercoasteraddicted.882 Ahem... 1 country 2 systems. Anway, I used to live there and I was actually in the more quiet part of it (clearwater bay) and I loved it. Of course it isn't the same at the moment, but it bugs me how many people think it has the same gvm as China.
Also, I miss it too, I am doing the same thing but in Australia. Ocean park brought back memories! Ok now I'm crying, ahhh! I miss it, my house, everything :( Quick question, did you go to kellet in primary school? I assume since ur studying in the uk that u have some connection to it. I used to take the mtr every morning to school, even that brought back memories ;(

Ocean Park certainly looks one of the most beautiful parks to exist out there and it's amazing to see how many different attractions they also feature there too.
Phantasialand is my favorite park that I've been to, but this one is so bright and beautiful that it looks just as good! Love the "simple but effective" coaster lineup as well!
The night view of cable car is actually even more gorgeous
The park went through so much ups and downs with Hong Kong people over the last 40 years. Ocean Park >>> Disney at anytime for any Hong Kong people

I too have always thought that other videos haven’t really sold this park, but watching Alex and yourself visit this park and really show how great it is, I can’t wait to visit in 2020. This brings back memories.. I went here in November 2015 when I was on holiday in Hong Kong.. and I agree, this was much better than Disneyland HK. Makes me want to go back out there again now ;D

It makes me so happy seeing you two enjoy Ocean Park so much! It's my childhood theme park~ You're lucky you went on a day with not many people around. Last time I went on a weekend, there were so many people everywhere... queues were so long too, even for the cable car ride as well.
The park was excellent, we loved it!

The Hong Kong train system is fantastic! So easy to follow and fast! It certainly puts the trains in Australia to total shame when you compare the two. I can't believe I never went to Ocean Park, I've been to HK twice now over the last decade and I didn't even realise it was there :( . Loving the vlogs!

I just realised that I went here when I was 5 years old! I only did the cable car though. This and Canada’s Wonderland are the only two theme parks I have been to outside of the UK! 🎢🎢🎢
Below the log flume they're renovating the old aviary and restaurant into a new water park seeing as their last one closed in the early 2000's!
I will be going to Hong Kong next year so I'll deffo visit this place !

you DO NOT understand how uncomfortable, humid , hot and busy it is during the summer. you guys are very lucky to go where its practically empty, definitely dont recommend anyone going during the summer holidays, though there are sometimes fun water themed summer activities held which i went to which are really good but for the other attractions, the queues are horrible to be in and the humidity is literally the worst thing to experience. going during autumn or spring i think would be the best time to go! loved the vlog guys, it was nice seeing you enjoy your time there

So I will be visiting Ocean Park in about a week and a 1/2 on my trip to Hong-kong! To be honest I never watch RUclips videos that are this long. You guys did a brilliant job putting this video together and showing us the whole park. I have not seen one of the RUclips video that even matches this on giving us an all around overview on this entire park. I loved both you guys enthusiasm throughout the video. You definitely kept me entertained the whole time. I will be taking your advice and start from the top of the park and work my way down. Hopefully the panda exhibit will be open when I'm there. Excellent job guys I just subscribed to your channel and I'll be most definitely be watching more of your videos.

I am in China now and plan to do Shanghai Disney today, Happy Valley Shanghai tomorrow, and then Jinxing Action Park in Shanghai. Earlier this trip, I visited Chimelong Ocean Kingdom, Chimelong Paradise, Happy Valley Shenzhen, Dinosaur Park (with Chinese version of X2), and Joyland. Hope to see you sometime. I live near Tampa. when i went to Ocean Park in Hong Kong, in my opinion the "Raging River" was the beest
Mine train is an innocent and cute looking ride but it is packed full of WOOOOOOWWW.
36:10 That’s a Water Park. It’s actually opening in September this year! Next to the Water Park theres also a 2nd hotel in the park (the 1st one is next to the Park Main entrance), and its also opening later this year! As a Hong Kong citizen, I look forward to your next visit!

I love the rapids, I always rode it when I got there. It was a really good ride. Great video! :) When you rode the raging river and you said they must be building something there, they are building a waterpark ocean park.
