I agree, I'm not into their post KT albums that much, they sounded kinda boring to me. But they have some decent songs from their post KT era of course.
I'm pretty sure it's meant to be "fire up the reactor". It's the sort of rough translation that is common here in Quebec amongst those who are bad with English (which they all were at the time).
