+ CathGraphics I wanted to do banners myself, specially to create my own, but I don't have much experience. So you use Photoshop, any other program you'd recommend? And how did you learn to make the templates? Did you take any class?
I only use Photoshop (and Cinema4d for the 3d designs) and honestly I don't recommend any other. Also, I'm self taught but also learned a lot watching youtube videos! If you're a beginner, try searching for simple banner tutorials and you will find some good stuff to practice, trust me! If you need more help you can contact me (look at the desc.).
Oh and also, make sure you practice some designing before creating the templates. If you want to know how to create them there are also tutorials for that on youtube.
