Maybe we should gear toward the vulnerable keeping their permanent services. Loosing asylum laws. Closing down insane asylums, as well as shelters and inappropriate religious institutions to accommodate migrant and former assylum seekers. And make homeless and social services into food and medical healthcare all across the board. Endorsed by NYC Mayor and Counsel. And replace cps laws with marital laws. Because according to an HRA wall. It increases income 15%. This is to enforce togetherness and upward finances.
