I hope Nellie continues to get better, and I'm so sorry about your Dad Bryce. You guys are incredible people and that is in part to your parents. He was obviously a great Dad to raise a great family that grew to have their own loving family.
Life is tough. Actually, it can be very difficult sometimes. To anyone who sees this, you have the strength to get through anything life can throw at you. However, things can get overwhelming and you need some help, and that is 150% okay. If you're struggling with anything and you need help, please, please, please ask for help. Be safe my friends.

Dang girl! That had to hurt so much ! I hope you start feeling better, and pray you don't end up with phantom pains from it. 😬.
I tend to feel tested at times too. Life is like a Rollercoaster ups and downs, but if everything were good all the time we wouldn't grow, or learn, as much as it sucks.
It's harder when you don't have other people to lean on, and hardly any family left.
Getting older it seems like time just passes by so fast, and it's like I wish I could throw the breaks on this train for a hot minute and get a slow down.
    You guys are amazing people!
Just remember all the good times you've have vs the bad times. Which have been minimal.
Just gotta ride it out. It's hard losing people though. And something no one ever can be prepared for regardless what you do, other than handling it emotionally.

@@TheJurgys I do. I think it's easy to get swallowed in the grief and the loss and forget about the life you're still alive for. It's hard for some people to both live and love live and simultaneously be heartbroken. When my closest relative died I had overwhelming peace over all. But I just KNEW he was ok. Like deep in my body. I was sad for me but knew he was totally fine and that helped me a lot.

Nellie this might sound crazy but I had the same November as you I had an appendectomy in the beginning of November and then a week 1/2 later I had a golf ball size looking hernia which was super painful coming out of one of my incisions by my left lung after my laparoscopic surgery. I was admitted Thanksgiving week what actually happened during the first surgery was the surgeon sewed my apron tissues on my muscles in the wrong place when he closed me up which then then led to second surgery.i really feel your pain and frustrations hopefully you are on your way to feeling better I know that I am still healing. I cannot lift anything over 10 lbs still and I can barely do anything I want to still but it will all come with time. Hugs to you and the family !! Merry Christmas ⛄ 🎄 Robyn B from Florida

Bryce bro I am so sorry for your loss I can't imagine the struggle you have been going through! Being a father, and husband and getting the call no one is ever ready for no matter the circumstances. Bro your a beast, yes God is with us through the fire but the fire is hard!
When Jesus told Peter that Satan had ask him to sift Peter like wheat, and Jesus tells Peter, but I am praying for you.... I paraphrases that a bit. My point is, I'm like Jesus why not just tell him no your not going to do that. I'm often like Jesus I don't like going through fire, but just like Peter we have a God who walks with us through it and He is more concerned with our character than how I feel. Keep pressing on brother He is with you!
I will be lifting you up to our Father above each time you hit my mind!

I’ve been through tissue mineral analysis training it’s a more specialized training regarding mineral levels and ratios in the body and what systems the run and what health issues happen when different levels get too high or low and what minerals get trapped in highs and lows because of other highs and lows due to the protagonistic and antagonistic relationships between nutrients. Kidney stones are from chronic low potassium and magnesium but taking them isolated causes other issues and it’s frustrating because blood serum levels aren’t an accurate representation of what is getting inside a cell. So docs miss so much of this crap you hav e to do a different lab test that they aren’t unfamiliar with and don’t have access to. I can share info if you have an email. Also If levels show low in. Mood you know you’re in dire straights! You can raise trace minerals with nettle infusions daily they’re loaded with potassium magnesium and other stuff but it’s high in magnesium which will lower sodium and the herb is lower in sodium so add Himalayan salt to your water or add oatstraw to the nettle. It’s changed everything to drink these things but I’m happy to help or you can learn more at sassyholistics. Com read up in htma it’s the most accurate way to see what’s going on in the body even psych issues can be detected with mineral profile. It’s been smear campaigned but it’s how we heal the body the fastest way possible and only two labs do the testing correctly sassy is one of my trainers but if you wanna chat I’ll find you
