For some of my customers it is. That said, the X39 is going to work regardless of where you put it. I don't have any videos of my using Icewave. There are 4 placement videos from Lifewave explaining that patch though. Great patch, it just takes some time and effort to find the most effective placement.
Yes, you can. If for some reason, the patch falls off if you sweat a lot, you can always re-fix it with a little bit of extra tape or something like that. I seem to usually do fine with my patches but when I put one on my foot, I have had them come off from sweating before.
Great question. Not exactly. There is more specific placement for Icewave and Energy enhancer. I have also found that some of the other patches seem to work slightly better in certain places, but that they work in many different spots.
