Replacement arrived!By the way, I did forget to mention that the original lure did have a decent strike however as most anglers will attest you can get a hit ruclips.net/user/postUgkxCbNOWAGmn6nfbCbJDmasvBq7J38KZNw2 and fish will hang on and release lure. I used the replacement lure yesterday and ran thru a Shimano Waxwing, Kastmaster, Bobber (set to sink). I found the does run deep (I casting on the flats 3.5'). Make sure you adjust your rate of retrieve and rod tip angle (up) to prevent getting snagged on bottom. Used it a couple of times and action was very lifelike (looked like local bait fish for trevally), craftsmanship very good....however eyeball fell out. I asked for replacement and it is on it's way! It was very easy to change out treble to single inline hook.

Wow I started watching you like a month ago or so and you were fishing jetties from rocks. Now you’re in my hometown fishing it up everyday!!!!!!! I just started fishing and teaching myself the low country and I’d take you up on fishing down here. I’ve been dying to get on a boat. I have a kayak but no Hobie yet!

I moved to FL a few months ago (Stuart area) after being a Long Island surf rat for the last 40 some odd years. I don’t have a fishing kayak, so I’m getting the impression that my fishing opportunities are going to be limited :(. Any advice for a land-bound surf caster?

You should name the boat "The 12 Steps" like an alcoholics anonymous thing. Granted I've never been in an AA meeting so it could be more steps than that but I think that would fit with the channel name. Or maybe "Sober Sails" or something like that. Dude I love your channel. I check your channel before I choose vacationing spots because I know you've probably fished there. Lol
