Wow I'm so glad that my video helped you! Free diving is a sport that goes down the water, So you need to do equalizing to relieve the pressure on your ears, and it's better to practice it! And doing some lung stretching! Have a nice day! :)
I have a friend who does scuba diving. He likes it. I guess free diving would be as much fun as scuba diving :) I wonder if any chance to come across sea creatures that might harm people when free diving??
Wow, I want to experience scuba diving again because I've only done it once. When I went to the sea, I haven't met a scary sea creature yet, but I recently saw a huge jellyfish in the Korean sea🌟
