Hi, just want to check if I connect the Bluetooth on OEM of the BMW after installation of Linux screen is there going to be delay on the Audio still? Because the original it has.
I'm looking to purchase the product now, but I'm hesitant due to the poor and dreadful audio quality through the aux connection. Could you please confirm if OEM Bluetooth connectivity is possible on the CIC model of the Linux Screen product that you are selling? Does it operate on the CIC model as described in your video?
Just did it on my bmw 116i 2014 (F20) was using it through aux as I didn’t have Bluetooth. Look in ur boot next to ur fuse box if u have a combox you can code Bluetooth in using BimmerCode.
How do you stop a linix screen defaulting to Front Aux (which is connected via quadlock not aux cable into port)? My phone is connected to BMW bluetooth. I have NBT.
Hi Paul, do you have a video tutorial on setting up bluetooth similar to this but on a CCC model to play audio? When I play music on my new Linux Carplay, the audio comes out of the iPhone speakers and not the car speakers. I can't set up bluetooth on my CCC model like you did here. Thanks Paul.
Sorry I don’t have it , CCC models normally it don’t have Bluetooth audio ( it might have telephone function but might not have Bluetooth audio , and in my side , I also have some CIC models that not contains Bluetooth audio, I can not get it to work ), so , I recommend you to connect the audio by AUX . That way will all ok
@@HifimaxOfficial You are right, Paul! that my CCC model does not have Bluetooth audio but only phone function. So please show me how to connect audio using AUX. I have the User Manual but unfortunately it shows up in another model. Thank you so much.
@@ThinhTran-hg5mh it just wire the AUX cable (3.5mm) to original AUX jack will be fine. and choose "AUX " in original menu when you ready to use linux screen
Hello when on carplay and i get a phone call, the audio only sounds on the right speaker. Music is fine in all speakers, but phone calls only right speaker. Why?
Hello sir! I also bought a linux display, everything works perfectly, but in the original menu of the car it doesn't show me the vehicle errors in the check section. And in the instrument cluster section, I cannot select the information to be displayed on the dashboard. And one more aspect...that gong sound of the vehicle is no longer heard. Can you give me a solution? Thank you!

@@HifimaxOfficial I know, but the topic of the video was to use Bluetooth Audio for better quality😁 Everything works fine with that solution but some apps like google maps won’t work with that method because gmaps sound only goes to CarPlay when CarPlay is connected even when your iPhone Media output is on BMW Bluetooth.. and CarPlay has no sound because it thinks, the sound comes from BMW BT.😅 music and other apps uses BMW BT but Google Maps is not running natively on iPhone when CarPlay is used and that’s the problem. @@MoTz_50 have you tested this in the mean time? I am currently trying to decide if to get the MMI Box or the Linux Screen. How do I get the navigation to speak over the music?
Your car without sound of navigation? You using Bluetooth as audio source or by AUX ?
Can you connect the aftermarket head unit to output audio through Bluetooth and then connect the head unit to the oem Bluetooth?
Not have this way
Why your linux screen works with OEM Bluetooth and others only work through the aux cable?
Android system and Linux system is different,
Is it the same way with the Android screen?
Similar. But android screen need to connect GPS antenna and WiFi antenna as well, and android screen don’t design the cable for noise cancellation.
So without the GPS antenna and WiFi antenna there will be no sound?
