Sibling relationships are complicated. It's super important that they are both trying, in different ways, in their own timing. I really really hope they can establish and develop a healthy and kind relationship with each other.

It's only a matter of time. They are brothers so they will find their way back. The two of them have always had a complicated relationship but they do love each other so they will overcome this argument too, even though this one did cut deep.

i liked this scene the awkwardness is real, i'm not even upset with Randall hanging up like her did. He was at that point wondering if William lied to him about his mother being alive which would have been a double whammy on top of what Rebecca did to him earlier. That pressure must have been MAJOR so i don't blame him for hanging up. I just hope they get to the place where they can really explain the details of their lives to each other again but that will take big work by both of them, I will be happy when this argument is settled and I think the birth of the twins will help with that

I saw the comment about him hanging up on his brother...... still waiting to see that... (crickets)..... Randall didn't hang up on his brother. What is everyone saying? In true Randall fashion he politely said a quick adieu and ended the conversation; that's not hanging up! Hanging up would've been like,
    Kevin: Ran-
    Randall: (beep beep....)

I love this scene because it's realistic. Big fights with complex history can't be settled that easily, but this is a good start! Kevin reached out and tried, and Randall noticed. You can tell that there's much more to talk about until everything is resolved. Kevin showing his willingness to do so means a lot, and now Randall can move forward when he's ready for it.

Geez. Everyone seem to forgot that Randall the perfect was the one who guilt tripped Rebecca into going to the trial, misbehaved during Kevin’s premier and told Kevin that Jack died ashamed of him and belittled Kevin as chasing his shadows. Suddenly Kevin is the one who reached out to apologise for Randall’s actions in the last season. The value system of the writers is so warped.

So true. Randall said some really hurtful things to Kevin and it’s annoying how Kevin seems to be the only one who’s sorry and wants to patch things up. Randall was honestly so annoying in the season finale; forcing Bec to do what she didn’t want to.

I think Randall knows he is not innocent in all of this. As he said in this clip "we both said a lot of things" and in this season's premiere we see that out of the two of them, he is the first one to contact Kevin to congratulate him on Madison's pregnancy. Also, in the next episode, after finally getting some closure and knowing all about his birth mother, Randall wants to call Kevin to talk because "he doesn't want to hold on the the bad stuff anymore", he wants to move on and talk it out. He has is fair share of reaching out and wanting to make things right. He also apologized to Rebecca for forcing the trial on her.

@@micheleobrien5672 There is nothing wrong with adopted people wanting to know where they come from and to want answers, I guess that's human nature. But Randall in no way had a bad life. And siblings being mean to each other is very common. Even in families where nobody was adopted. Happiness is sometimes a choice. Randall had a good life and has a good life now. He had it better than a lot of people. My dad had no desire to be a father anymore after my parents divorce when I was 2y/o. I had an amazing mom who raised me and my sisters on her own. I never had the desire to chase my father down and ask WHY? I always felt it was his loss because me and my siblings turned out great.
