This channel introduces Japanese food culture, chef skills, and Japanese food.

This time, I would like to introduce Tenichi, a tempura stall located in Tenjin, Chuo-ku, Fukuoka.
Established in 1962, this stall has the longest history in Fukuoka.
Invited by the proprietress's smile, many customers visit every day.

今回は天神屋台の「天一」さんに撮影のお願いをさせていただきましたが、
その理由はやはり、女将さんの笑顔でした。
撮影の一ヶ月ほど前にインスタグラムで天一さんの事を知り、実際にお店に行ってみて屋台を楽しみました。
女将さんに名刺を渡すと、すぐに私を名前で呼んでくれて、とても嬉しかったです。
撮影日はとても暑く、私のカメラが何度も熱で止まってしまいました。
屋台の組み立てをしている間は、私はお店の方に話しかけないように心がけているのですが、
女将さんの方が私に「暑くないですか？」「お水飲みますか？」と言ってくれていました。
動画では短くしていますが、実際は1時間近く組み立て作業を行っています。
そして、完成するとすぐにお客さんがお越しになりますので、
女将さんは私が見た限り、一度の休憩もなく、座ることもなくずっと動き続けていました。
とても親切で優しい方です。
一人で福岡にお越しになった方には、こちらの屋台はとてもおすすめですので
ぜひ皆様もご機会がございましたら行かれてみてはいかがでしょうか。
