Great visual to have. Here’s 3 of mine:
    1. Be your biggest critic, which is how companies “disrupt themselves” to stay relevant. Embracing criticism is equally a given here. So many just don’t have the modesty to hold up a 🪞.
    2. Don’t settle for your first solution just because it works, really iterate down identifying potential bottlenecks and “what if’s” but also don’t let perfectionism keep you too long working on a pre-revenue MVP/concept. It’s a balancing act.
    3. Put in the work as you said, but I’d go a step further and define what work it is you want to take main charge of and delegate the rest off. Don’t make work something to dread. 😉
And I usually don’t write YT comments this long but you’ve filled in plenty of knowledge gaps for me. You should consider videos detailing your progress in your early years in China. I imagine there were those “learning the hard way” scenarios that you now caution people against. Hit you up if I’m in Dubai. 😎

Appreciate you sharing your core values Watt that's amazing! I've got something like the video you suggested in the works, it's going to take a while to put together but will be special :) Thanks for the suggestion too!

very inspirational! I am going to make a core values poster as well and post it in my kitchen to look at every morning while I drink my ritual morning coffee.

Keep it up my dude. Youre helping me in so many ways. Thank you very much. One of my goals is for people like you, one of my para-social mentors, to become aware of my brand without me telling you directly.

Excellent Kian, really subscribe to the hard work & things sometimes aren’t easy. I am going through such a period at the moment and can feel quite isolated at times as an entrepreneur. As a side note highly anticipating your supply chain update as I am acutely aware of further disruption caused by the fresh wave of lockdowns.

Good insight into your mind and ethics, TBH i really don't know what my core values are right now?! i feel like I'm in one big giant mixing bowl getting thrown around all the things i have to learn in business and ecommerce!, But like you i also work my nuts off ,i currently work 11hour night shifts on CNC machines with weekend overtime squeezing out as much as i can out of my employed job to reinvest into my business and investments, I'm in my spare room office 7 days a week when not at work, every hour i have available, which is mostly because i find it a struggle to learn everything i need to know about my Amazon business, have been trading since Jan last year so have a lot to learn, so i don't know what i really stand for yet, which sometimes does annoy me because some people have a passion for something and put that into their business which becomes their main focus , so they know the direction they are going an what they as a company/brand stand for. I just seem to be battling the learning curve right now, but i really hope that at some point it will all come clear an i will know what direction i want to go and the reasons and ethics behind it. but one thing i do know like you is that i will work till i drop if that what's necessary to take me to that next level, i follow many people online and RUclips like yourself that have that good vibe and outlook on life and business, which is what always gives me that little nudge when im starting to get a bit frustrated with things, i get that buzz from someone when i see the genuine passion for what they do. im just waiting to break through the clouds to see that clear vision for myself.

Hey Brian, thanks for sharing your story and having read your comments I think this is exactly why you need to identify your core values because it's easy to get lost when you're working so hard but you haven't decided what's the outcome or what's your driving force. I know what it's like, if you listen to a lot of different people online you can get analysis paralysis because everyone is saying slightly different things and you start to over analyze, but in reality everyone has a different path to success, I would recommend to have persistence on a given path, meaning find that 1 mentor or one person who has achieved what you want to achieve and join their program, buy their course, get coached by them, work for them for free etc so you don't get misguided by hearing 100 different voices, stick to that one person. I did a RUclips interview with my mate Dan called Amazon Insights with Dan and we talked about this, not sure if you had a chance to check it out - ruclips.net/video/eyw1AzLQQTM/видео.html - hope this helps 🙏

@@SourcingWithKian Hi Kian, Thanks for the reply, you are totally right, i do agree with what you are saying about listening to 100 different people, but i have found value in everyone i follow which is why i still follow them, although i have whittled it down to a smaller group now, I think i just use it as one big collective of information and try to find my middle ground in all of it, its more of the business side that im struggling with at the moment though which i think is just taking up most of my brain power and not giving me the space i need yet to find my real direction, i think once I'm a bit more clued up on the business side then that will come after. I just need to learn patience, And of course ive seen the video with you and dan, you are one of the select few i follow😀 as i am too a UK guy , i do follow US and Canada people. and ive also done the helium10 freedom ticket so naturally follow those guys , But i like to follow the UK people as sometimes i can relate a bit better to whats being said or explained.
