Don't worry about whether she has moved on or not, YOU have to move on. The past relationship for one reason or another is DEAD and isn't coming back. It didn't work and you have to move on and find your stride again for something better, whether it be a new and better woman, or a better relationship with your ex IF you cross paths again (but don't count on it). You have to love yourself enough to be able to let her down and not feel anything for her now because you have your own life and deserve to be happy. My Ex dumped me after 2.5 years a little over 2 months ago. Everyone tells me I'm an Empath. Not that it helps though my personality type is a ENFJ. Long story short my ex has Trauma from 8- 18 years old, she is 38 now. When we would talk about relationship issues that needed attention I would talk to her calmly. The situation was that she would either shut down or go quite. If she was listening to me she would take a trigger word and run to the sky and it was no bringing her back down to talk like adults. I'm not perfect though I do enjoy working together as a Team. I don't use words like " I" , I use words like " We" or " Us" . There was a couple times that we would talk and I would tell her I'm just trying to understand . I would say is their anything I can do to help, is there a different approach that may work better. Though she would break down and tell me she doesn't know. I would feel helpless that I couldn't do anything to contribute or help in those times. I did mention when she got heated sometimes that I want us to tackle the issue together, that it's not a you or me issue, that it's a "US" issue. I would ask her that maybe asking more questions would be helpful and that I would do the same so we have a better idea of how one another is feeling. I did tell her a couple times that sometimes it can be difficult to communicate because she gets too emotional to where we don't get anything accomplished together. I would go back to I'm just trying to understand and help. This is not about blaming anyone this about tackling this together. We moved into together on August 29th last year, she invited me to come live with her. Now granted a little back story, she didn't allow me to come over here place for over 6 months when first dating. Come to find out it was because I live organized and neat, she stated she was embarrassed of how she lives after being over my place. Her trauma cause a slight hoarding problem, long story short she told me when I came to live with her that we would work together to make it our home. Months went by and we made a little progress, though I did mention that I was embarrassed by how we were living and that this was not what we agreed to. She told me that I triggered her because I mentioned a couple times that I was embarrassed of how we were living and just wanted to share time with her having friends over for wine or trivia. She told me that she new my intentions were good but that I triggered her. Now mind you I would tell her calmly that I was getting frustrated, and just wanted us to work together. Long story short she told me that she was 90-95 % happy in the relationship and new my intentions were always good, though she told me that when I talked to her she would get triggered from the stuff that happened with her Mom. So it's makes me wonder if that was worth throwing us away. Am I the problem, I even ask myself am I a Narcissists literally to the point of judging my character. She came home the following day after a great date night, told me she loved and though I was cute and adorable while I eat. And all of sudden just told me she didn't want to be with me , like a different person. It was like turning off a light switch, and I'm broken because of this. I'm not perfect and always have room to grow though this really hurts inside to the core. I'm literally losing my mind everyday. I'm deteriorating and feel weak. I'm seeing a therapist, I'm on depression meds. And nothing makes sense, I literally feel like a failure even after my best.
Sucks man. When someone is so plagued by mental trauma it’s not up to you to fix it. You did your part by communicating in a healthy way. Same thing happened to me. I’m 22 and I was with a girl who was also 22 for 9 months. She’d never bring her issues to me, I always had to reach out first in a calm questioning demeanor and she’d be like “I don’t know I can’t explain it…” “You deserve better” etc etc and it was so annoying. Even showing the mental acuity to identify issues and offer support it wasn’t enough and she dumped me. Trauma is a bitch man. Triggers are a bitch.

I was in the same situation. After I saw her talking to other dudes no contact went out the window. I lost all attraction. I was cordial until she moved out. You gonna go thru hell FYI. But at this point in my life. I found a job that pays me 2k a week and a beautiful woman with an amazing heart. The pain was well worth it when i look back.

Sucks man. When someone is so plagued by mental trauma it’s not up to you to fix it. You did your part by communicating in a healthy way. Same thing happened to me. I’m 22 and I was with a girl who was also 22 for 9 months. She’d never bring her issues to me, I always had to reach out first in a calm questioning demeanor and she’d be like “I don’t know I can’t explain it…” “You deserve better” etc etc and it was so annoying. Even showing the mental acuity to identify issues and offer support it wasn’t enough and she dumped me. Trauma is a bitch man. Triggers are a bitch.

I was in the same situation. After I saw her talking to other dudes no contact went out the window. I lost all attraction. I was cordial until she moved out. You gonna go thru hell FYI. But at this point in my life. I found a job that pays me 2k a week and a beautiful woman with an amazing heart. The pain was well worth it when i look back.
Not much you can do but leave her alone until she leaves.

Just concentrate on yourself buddy. I know it's hard to hear but she had a choice and chose them. It doesn't mean there's anything wrong with you it's them who has the problem. I doubt they will last but dont think you should take back someone who disrespected you like that. Atm your mind is feeling loss in time you will see there's so many better people out there for you.
