It’s 8 v how powerful you expect it to be. It has no problem. Read the manual if you think tool out of package is defective to ensure if it is or is not. This case it seems to work fine besides the operator. You should change or update the title for this

You push the button to enable the motor and gyro, then the more you turn to left, the faster it turns. if you rotate it back to the original position it started in it will get slower and slower as you approach 'neutral' then if you rotate it right, itll rotate faster the more you turn it in that way and same way to slow it down. there's nothing wrong with it at all. you just didnt know what you had. also,. youre a bit shaky my guy.

This model has an issue with the battery. Brand new the battery moves too much loosing contact and shuts down. You have to hold the battery tight.

That is a toy . Makita tdo22dse is much better , more faster...and definitely more torque . Makita is a really great tool . /.
