Very nice house, I just have one concern with the swimming pool, how come it doesn't have any protection, for instance, if you have little kids, it is not safe. they should put "garde-fou" all around.
Yes, for little children a fence would be good. It is quite easy to install there, so if a family moves in, it can be added.
