Today's version of my summer cutlets: tender, juicy, without meat grinder and long chops - everything is quick and easy!

I had:
1 zucchini - 350 g
1 chicken filet - 250 g
1 onion - 80 g
1 egg
1,5 tbsp. flour - you may need more or less, I am guided by the consistency
salt
pepper
sauce:
2 boiled egg yolks
sour cream - 3,4,5.... tbsp. to taste and wishes
mustard - 0,5 tsp.
honey - 1 tsp.
salt
pepper
lemon juice - a few drops
herbs
garlic - 1 clove
Adjust the grams in the sauce to your taste - what's more, what's less!
