I just bought the white one, and the rubber coating its like want to peels off i mean like bubble. I don’t know what to say in english, is this normal for the new one?

The material might be water resistant, what about the zippers, that's just as important when it's raining

They have an X-Pac® VX-42 version that has water YKK water proof zippers.
