As the previous poster here said - that newer edited version doesn't make any sense at all, with the gun scene missing from it, and I cannot understand WHY they would've decided to remove it...we live in very strange times. Probably because someone might flag it. MTV has become so PC these days, they might actually not show this version these days. I never saw this version on VH1 Classic. They always showed the edited version

The model/actress in the video is Beth Toussaint. She's also in an episode of Star Trek TNG called Legacy. Without a doubt, she's the most attractive female guest star to appear on the show, and some of the outfits she wears in the episode are quite nice, worth watching.

It has a nice melody, builds up to the nice punch of “She doesn’t even know my name” and the “ahhhhs” are great. The video was always unintentionally hilarious to me.
haha..this song was ORIGINALLY recorded by my cousin, Sonny Geraci aka Peter Emmett. It was written by Kevin Valentine(i think) My cousin never got anywhere with the album...the rest is history!

RUclips in this day age and lots of other sensitive people are easily offended by the some of the context of the video. Use of guns, smoking, attempted sexual assault, holding a person at knife point. That's why the original version is considered uncensored
