Emu - Emu (Rod Hull?)

I downloaded this song but, sadly, the blog is no longer online so I cannot find any information about it. Is it Rod Hull? It sounds a bit like him but, of course, Emu never spoke, let alone sung! Any help identifying the artist, etc would be greatly appreciated.
