- Film Study on Mike McDaniel's Offense with the Miami Dolphins in 2022, focusing on one offensive formation, "JOKERS". This is characterized by two RB's set to either side of the QB in the typical Shotgun. The Dolphins utilized this offensive set - really, three variations of it - in a loss to the 49ers in Week 13 of the 2022 season.

Mcdaniel made lots of rookie mistakes with the speed of his play calling. The calls themselves. And lacking adjustments when defenses sold out to stop Hill and Waddle! That being said, Mcdaniel has a hell of a future 💯 And Mcdaniel, Tua and the Dolphins Offense will improve massively in their 2nd year together! The league's seen nothing yet 💯

One thing McDaniel does well is make use of a full back as a dump option and as a blocker or chip blocker to slow a pass rush. Also something that i noticed this year is WR blocking way more downfield, not just sitting there after another reciever gets the ball.
Would love to see your breakdown of the Miami vs Cleveland game in 2022. Miami basically just had their way, any and every way they wanted to have it.

The Chargers shut down Tua last season and they will probably do it again in Week 1 this season. With apologies, Tua's popgun arm can't hold up against Herbert's and Miami's defense is not going to be able to stop Herbert throwing to Keenan Allen, Mike Williams, Quentin Johnston, Joshua Palmer, et. al.

Just came across your channel, great work. Really like your content and film work. I love your play back of the plays. You mentioned you weren't sure if people were going to like that and apologized. Don't change it! Thus is the best way to teach it! See it and hear it, then see it again after you explained it makes it easier to grasp. Love the way you explain that its called different things. Some of which I haven't heard. Or I have heard but wasn't sure if they meant the same play. Like the use of Kings and Queens. And good work with your player spot lights and cursor. As a former instructor, I've found the way you're doing it is very effective. Looking forward to future content!
