Carla is an extraordinary vocalist, for me, the best soprano leggero nowadays. I had the honor to watch her live, and she's amazing, with perfectly supported high notes. I've heard her singing Eb6 pianissimo, it was unbelievable.
Orgulho nacional!
Carla is one of the best coloratura sopranos but with a incomparable high register second to none. She is very special and a delight to see and listen to her perform.
Above f6 I think she isn't comfortable anymore but that last f6 was really beautiful. Don't know how technically sound it was cause it didn't sound extraordinarily well projected but it was aestheticly very pleasing.
THI HILLS Music : sorry , shame on you if you don’t know Montserrat CABALLÉ or Anna NETREBKO , not this insignificant pop singer !!! That is just a Show to be done at Open Air on Summer Squares , so do not call her an OPERA SINGER : SHE IS NOT !!! She’s just a screaming girl ..... to become a TRUE OPERA SINGER student are used to study and practice at least 10 or 15 Years !!!
@ClaraMP Sorry, but the comparison with Sumi Jo is not correct. Sumi Jo started her career on stage with operas under famous conductors like Karajan and Solti. But it was only after years she startet with (let's say) lighter or modern music. A lot of other opera singers did the same (Pavarotti, Caballé, Baltsa etc.) Maffioletti has a fine voice with extreme whistle register, she is a soubrette mostly singing with André Rieu. Opera insiders call her "Show Girl"... I saw her often. But sometimes she lacks in breath control and yes, she is screaming in high notes. Listen to Erna Sack and you know what I mean. She is 39 and her technical skills are not better than 20 years old singer. It takes years to bring a voice to perfection, don't tell something about 4-6 years, this is only the time to study at university. Joan Sutherland teached Pavarotti his breath control to perfection after 12 years of stage experience. Caballé masterd her gorgeous pianissimi after 18 years. Elisabeth Schwarzkopf and Teresa Stratas never found their voices good enough and trained over years until exhaustion. So you see, you have to study your hole live and not only a few years. An opera singer has a hard life. And by the way, to compare singers is the best way to learn. A lot of opera singers are watching one aria with different singers. I wish you all the best for your career in the future.
@@heinergebhardt8576 Unfortunate thera are no great contemporary trained opera singers, Almost all of them are less than mediocre singers, you can count talented opera singers on your fingers. I mean learn how to bark loud in the opera house isn´t exactly the same as being a great or even a mediocre singer 😄.

(RU)
The training required for (A) European Classical singing (opera, etc.), and (B) Indian Classical singing is far greater than popular music genres. The great singers in those traditions are, therefore, the world's greatest singers from a technical standpoint.
As much as I like great mainstream singers, I won't compare them to a great classical operatic singer like Joan Sutherland, or a great Indian classical singer like Falu.
You clearly are 'in the dark', here. Barbra Streisand is a great Broadway and 'pop' singer, yes, but _not_ a great classical/operatic diva, and _not_ a great Indian classical singer--those two vocal disciplines are simply beyond any 'pop' singer. For example, as great as Barbra Streisand's co-ordination is, the Indian singer Falu has superior fluidity of co-ordination to virtually _any_ 'pop' singer, including Streisand.
Marilyn Horne is one of the world's greatest operatic mezzo-sopranos. specializing in _bel canto_ and _opera seria_ roles, requiring a large sound output, great tonal beauty, superb breath support, and the execution of difficult coloratura passages. In the case of Falu her Indian repertory requires full integration of ear training with singing technique, superb articulation, mastery of numerous scales and microtonal intervals uncommon in Western music, and a fluidity of co-ordination that is simply astounding. Barbra Streisand does possess an excellently polished instrument, but she doesn't specialize in the repertories of these specific vocal traditions.
Alberto Maracheski please because the note that he hit in send them off is the highest I've ever heard from him and it'll be interesting to see how his voice has changed slightly
Singing range and vocal range is different things some people count ugly screeches vocal fry growl scream and subharmonic of metal singer those squeak are flageolet and whistle exclamation

And it's only head voice...opera singers are incredible.
Not all, the F7 is whistle voice
Most trained opera singers are incedible boring mediocre singers though, hitting a high note or two you can do at AGT, like a circus act.

Que cantora maravilhosa! E o melhor, é nossa hehe. Parabéns pelo vídeo, muito bom, como sempre!
With out a doubt she is a diva of the most respect. Her comedic rendition of the aria Olympia is my favorite to watch.
CM is my favourite sopranos.💚
She has incredible range, pitch, power, and pace.

with her expertise on the trills.. seems to me she more of a coloratura than a lyric soprano
Hank, you are quite right! I meant to say lyric coloratura soprano of course. Just testing!!

Has she performed a whole role at an opera house or is she specialized in microphone concert singing?
She has performed many roles at Giessen Opera House and Luzerner Theater

she used head. it was sooooo good i cri 😭😭😭. so pleasing. the wonders that come from that mouth
Head voice and flageolet

Carla Maffioletti:
Lowest Note: B♭3 (Hänsel und Gretel in the Efteling).
Highest Sung Note: B♭6 (Scintilla Aria).
Highest Note: F7 (Doll Aria).
Where is it, what time? I haven´t heard her sing at least one F7.
But her voice is brilliant nevertheless!
What is the title of the song in 4:46 f6 note?
It's the once upon a time in the west soundtrack
at 4:42 what is the name of this song or when did she perform it thanks to those who can help
Heia in the Mountains by André Rieu live in 2005 in Vienna
Is G6 a whistle note?
4:37-4-55, what is the music?
it is Once Upon A Time In The West

G6
Who can tell me what name of the song at 4:38 , thanks.
it is called Once Upon A Time in The West
What is 2:40 from?

please do dan Smith again, this time with the songs in wild world
I think i can do one for his range in that new album.
Alberto Maracheski please because the note that he hit in send them off is the highest I've ever heard from him and it'll be interesting to see how his voice has changed slightly
Reminds me of young Natalie Dessay

4:38 song?
Its called "Once Upon A Time In West".
Alberto Maracheski muchas gracias guapo ;)
Nasıl bir şeysin sen tarifi imkansız
I can hit notes in sixth and seventh octave but these are just whiny squeals comparing them to those of Opera Sopranos. Amazing!
You can’t count exclamations and squeaking sounds as part of your range so her range technically is up to B flat 6
nope.. can do you what you want on a RUclips video when you post it.. it's yours to post however you wish
Says who?
High C does not even sound high for her
For a lot of women it is natural sing high, nothing sensational.
But not so high. You confused this with your wife's scream when she fights with you
Ok incel
Same can be said for a male bass singer 🥱
