An embroidery blank is just a fancy way of saying an item( t-shirt, bag, baby item, backpack, blanket) that is made for embroidery or can be embroidered on!! You can embroider on any t-shirt but embroidery blanks are thinker and look better when you do embroidery or applique on them! I hope this helps!
