Can the mothers weight increase chances of shoulder dystocia? Or can excess adipose tissue in abdominal/pubic area increase chances of shoulder dystocia?

Is it ever both shoulders getting stuck, or is it pretty much always just one shoulder?

I don't think it would be shoulder dystocia. You would be in a very tricky spot.
