I just fixed mine today and it is now working 100% reliably! I was having light strikes 9 out of 10 rounds. Here’s what I did- The hammer wasn’t flat near the top of the face due to a casting defect, file the hammer till flat. The spring on the cylinder hand was not centered and causing friction which slowed the hammer. Use a small punch and center the leaf spring. Place a small shim at the bottom of the trigger spring near the retainer detent. Hope this helps!
Just one screw to take off the extractor housing, move the extractor and spring to the new printed kit. Lastly, slide the printed kit on and replace the screw
did you ever find a download? everyone online is so damn cryptic when talking about designs, i don't know if its a youtube policy or what. but no one will supply a source
@@MillisBakerThis file set and the other designs by Booligan are on his Odysee page. But yeah YT shuts down a lot of comments and such directing people with links to this sort of thing.
@@jasonjulian1 thanks. i found it later that day. idk why people dont just say visit his odysee page. is that website also not allowed to be mentioned on YT? ive never heard of it before
Would you he willing to sell some of these shrouds, i would love to buy one for mine, they look cool but mainly bc the iron sights are terrible on the gun. So heritage was taken over by taurus who are notoriously unreliable gun makers, so that may be part of the problem. But you can't beat the cost and they're fun to shoot
What infill % did you use? I read that Vin suggested 20% and triangle infill pattern, but curious if others have done it that way. I'm so used to printing my pews at 100%.

What print orientation did you use? Supports are being a pain for me
Dude love the video and went to his sight. I could not find the model for sale on the sight
How do you download the pattern for the upper? Where do you go to get the print pattern?
Thank you Kurticus, very cool.
Mine had LPS issues. Cleaned it with a cloth on the range. Worked fine. It was just dirty.
Hey so I was planning on doing this myself but how to I install this onto my rough rider could you do like a short tutorial that would be amazing!
Remove the extractor housing and replace it with the printed part. Its only one screw
@@kurticus What about the spring and metal extractor thing? do you just swap it to the printed chassis?
Yup
Just one screw to take off the extractor housing, move the extractor and spring to the new printed kit. Lastly, slide the printed kit on and replace the screw
@@kurticus thanks man!
Hey check out the video where a guy puts a small washer in between the frame and hammer spring! Easy fix to tighten up your light strikes
It's the exact same thing, just shiming the hammer for extra tension
Where do you find the SD file to download the design?

Where can I get the files?
I was wondering who was the one guy that bought this kit for a hundred dollar gun?
It's 3d printed. I made it for about $1.50

Mine works perfect, your talking 22lr ammo...chances are your missfires are from ammo not the gun.
