- Fried Mutton Chops recipe is so simple and easy with very light spices
Ingredients;
1kg goat or lamb chops
1 tsp ginger garlic paste
1 star anise
2 cinnamon sticks
1 black cardamom
1/4 tsp turmeric powder
1tsp salt
1 onion sliced
Ingredients for marinade;
1/2 cup yogurt
1 tsp white pepper
1 tsp cumin powder
1/4 tsp garam masala
1/2 tsp ground black pepper
1 tsp salt
Ingredients for egg mixture
1 tbsp corn starch
1/4 cup milk
3 pinch salt
2 eggs
Oil for frying

Yes, you can use papaya paste but it changes the taste a little bit.

Rizwana G me ye puchna chah rhi thi k kiya corn flour ki jagah besan k aate ka use kr sakte hain??? Aur agar besan lagayen to kiya tub bhi anda lagana must he ya nhi?? aur 2nd ye k kiya ubalte waqt pisi hui hari mirchon ka use kr sakte hain???

Waalaikum Assalam Aisha - tumhe aur tumhari family ko be bohat bohat EID Mubarak. Corn starch is only the starch derived from corn and it is more refined while corn flour is just regular aata.

Not the same thing. Corn flour is different from corn starch; I know because I do use both in cooking.
