Oh I love grocery hauls from other countries! I just moved to Japan and love strolling around the supermarket too and finding new stuff 😊 I think grocery shopping in different countries gives great insight into what the country’s culture is like!

Having went to Tesco yesterday where the prices are higher than Marksies of old, I find that M&S stuff is reasonably priced now and the quality is much better. I put a lot back on Tesco's shelves and went to M&S. No longer do I just go to one store though to shop, Home Bargains, B&M and even local Spar to get offers helps hugely. Well done getting 'proper' food though, i see so many complain they cant afford it and this proves you can.
Hi MarkMagee supermarkets that were more affordable have now gone up by lots. I am a person who never shops at one store but there are specific things that I got from certain stores. I find that it is more affordable buying whole food compared to the snacks and processed foods. Thanks for watching💛
It's the same over here in the US. The price of good, old fashioned butcher meat is pretty much the same as at a grocery store, for much better quality. It really doesn't pay any more to shop the low cost stores. I picked up 3 roast beef joints for 9 bucks a piece last week, granted they were on clearance, but still well within date and 2lbs+ a piece.
@arraybabe8514 The cost of living is at an all-time high worldwide. The low cost stores prices are pennies off the other stores. You got a good deal there for your beef. Nowadays we just have to know what we need and get it. I find the heavily processed foods cost way more than buying it and making it yourself 🩷

Watching from South Africa. I almost cried when i saw the price off oranges in beginning. Few for £2, our groceries stores sell a big 6kg net sack of oranges for R50 thats around £2.50. Has i continued to watch the price of things continued to shock. I know uk has higher cost of living but the price of fresh fruits and veg is alot higher than i expected
Alot of our produce are imported, I'm also shopping in a "high end" supermarket so it'll be a bit more costly. Yes, eating healthy here is super expensive, that is very true. I'm from the Caribbean but I've been living here in the UK for 20 years. Just got do what we can. Thanks for watching 🤗

Dear Gracia, I do ENJOY Your Grocery Hauls! You do Soooo Well and your food is healthy! We know longer have a M&S near me and I was always under the impression that it was Major Expensive! Now I know different! The prices are not that dissimilar than Sainsbury's or Tesco's😳! If there was a M&S near me I would DEFINITELY be shopping there! And that is because of your Shopping Hauls❤
Hi Vee, thank you so much. I am trying my best to eat as healthy as possible with these underlying health issues. I have take out here and there but I am trying to stick to home cooked meals mainly. Tesco has gotten very expensive especially without a club card. M&S is not too bad depending on what you're getting etc. 💛
OK gurrllll I was shocked at how affordable M&S is🎉🎉I normally shop at Tesco and your trolley looks just like mine, except the chicken. I don't eat chicken but everything else is what I normally buy. I had to smile..AWESOME
Hi Faybaynes, thank you. Most people are shocked at the prices in M&S. I believe once you know what you're getting it's completely doable for a weekly shop. Might not be suitable for larger families depending on their requirements, etc. It works for me and mine and I enjoy the relaxing shopping experience. Thanks for watching 🤗
I got 60 bags of the 15p onions! Onions are a staple and must have and most used in my households, Tesco Clubcard Easter offer!!
You got a good deal. Too many onions in my house would end up spoiling that is why I buy them in twos or threes. 💛

I dont know you but I think you are awesome and your son is adorable. I love how you buy all the great healthy ingredients and that your health and well being is still very important along with managing your budget. Also I love how you used the word treat cos I think I didnt understand how to use it and it basically means a small item that isnt really good value but due to the taste or convenience or luxury it is worth overlooking that part in order to get it and enjoy, and therefore it becomes of value for that.

no just no you put in trolly over £2 for a bag of oranges and the £2 figs were no better thats in no way on any budget. I cant afford to spend that much That is in NO way low income grocery.
I got Grapes in farmfoods for 89p for that amount. there was far too much fruit a person on a low income just can not get that much. the basket is ending up a rich person one there is totally no way to buy all that expensive food
with in 1 shop £42.90 that beyond my full weeks money I have
