Until they make the steering settings affect how fast the tires turn, and add linearity, this game will never draw controller players to it if they’ve played WRC 8. I love the stages, but unlike DR2.0, this game no matter how fast or slow you set the sensitivity, the tires always turn the same speed... people need to make this known to the devs, or even themselves cause it’s almost like no ones noticed this..
Strange, on keyboard the speed noticeably changes the steering rotation speed. Without decent steer speed you'll basically never catch an oversteer at speed. Nevertheless this game was obviously built for people utilizing force feedback steering wheels and using anything else is fairly punishing.
@@BennettRedacted hmmm so then maybe they fixed it in WRC 9? If that’s the case then I may have to get it after all. Still would like a linearity setting as well and a 0-100 sensitivity setting. And I’ve gotten really good on controller on DR2.0 holding some pretty impressive records sitting at top 250 out of like probably 15K or more other people (my Xbox stopped loading the number of players after like 4000) on global leaderboards, or 44th/2550+ or so on Hancock Creek Burst on Xbox only leaderboards.
I don't know how I feel about Dynamic Weather. I feel like it changes too much. I'd like to leave it on but the weather only changes during a race once every 5 or 6 races or so. That way it reflects real life a bit more.
You can change this tho. You can set dynamic weather on and then Realistic, storm to clear, clear to storm, rainy, wet conditions, dry conditions, or mixed conditions.
Amazing driving! Couldn't've done better myself!
👍 Thank you!

Hey mate. No offense but in New Zealand, 15min is enough for 4 seasons :D
