I honestly can completely understand.. I just bought my first house in Sept that is 122 years old. It’s been very well taken care of but def needed some TLC. My dad ((the fix it man)) has been amazing. Between insulating the entire attic - currently 24 degrees ((-7 for you.. and getting colder 🥶 I’m American sorry 🤷🏼♀️)) and that is only the tip of the iceberg (no pun intended) that he has done for me ♥️ dads are amazing!

I know exactly how you feel Tom, back in summer this year my whole house was under about 3 inches of water and we had to empty it out and in total came to about £45000 in insurance. It was so rough but now the house looks amazing (even though it took 6 months of construction). But yeah once again, released an amazing vlog and I appreciate everything you do for me by posting your vlogs!

I have no idea what in Celsius it would be. It’s so cold that my mom‘s car would not start nightmare.
It is darkest before dawn..the universe has a balance .. it can not be all bad all the time .. same as it will never be all gravy train. But I do recommend being an absolute Minecraft sponge when it come to your family.LEARN EVERYTHING YOU CAN WHILE YOU STILL CAN. I hope thing do start to turn around for you and yours. Word of advice from someone who lives in a Cold part of the US (Yesterday the temp was around -34C), When the weather starts getting cold like that, it's generally a pretty good Idea to leave a few taps running with a little bit of water to help keep your pipes from freezing through. It's a bit late now obviously, but you never know when that info might save you literally thousands of dollars.

awh man i know the free roam bunny pain, we've up to: 3 hdmi cables, 1 subwoofer, 3-4 ethernet cables+3 power cables for the router, -1 half of the sofa lining, a good few skirting boards, curtains and our table will dice up your legs cus theyve nibbled all the edges and i cant sand em down xD fluffy lil terrorists when youre not looking, loved the vlog brother

Hey Tom I would still invest in a dehumidifier as there can be a lot of water damage causing the floor boards to rot and plaster to crumble which would cause an inconvenience when you move in there for a short time

Hi Tom I'm a plumber. The best way to stop your pipes from freezing is to let the tap drip slowly into the sink, It will stop if freezing keeping the water moving I hope that helps mate

Oh boy. This brought back some strong memories for me. We had a flood at my mums house years ago and it wasn't quite as bad as the house next door. But the damage and amount of stuff we lost because of it was insane! Took us years to recover from it. I hope anything important wasn't damaged too badly man. You got a couple wins though, the fact in your house it was isolated is a big W, and in house #2 this probably did give the decoration process a kick up the backside. 🙏✌️ And hey, you're probably due some good Karma after all that! 😅😇😎🤞
Tom I use to work as a water technician (clean up after pipes burst). You might want to get someone in to try and dry that house out if not it's going to just going to grow mold none stop. Please please please get someone to try and attempt to dry that out quick

i cant help but laugh at what the rabbit did. i had three rabbits for the last 6 years and they have done the same lol. im now down to two sadly. as our first passed on monday. but really they such lovely animals.

Oh boy. This brought back some strong memories for me. We had a flood at my mums house years ago and it wasn't quite as bad as the house next door. But the damage and amount of stuff we lost because of it was insane! Took us years to recover from it. I hope anything important wasn't damaged too badly man. You got a couple wins though, the fact in your house it was isolated is a big W, and in house #2 this probably did give the decoration process a kick up the backside. 🙏✌️ And hey, you're probably due some good Karma after all that! 😅😇😎🤞
Tom I use to work as a water technician (clean up after pipes burst). You might want to get someone in to try and dry that house out if not it's going to just going to grow mold none stop. Please please please get someone to try and attempt to dry that out quick
