A family friend took his own life a few weeks ago. No one had a clue that he was in that state of mind. Please tell someone if you feel like giving up and have no hope. NOTHING is too much not to talk about. Nothing is to much to overcome so invite someone /anyone in and ask for help. Shane needed to hear this song.

It’s now 22years I’m now 21years ever since my mum dumped but she is still alive since now she is still hiding I have tried to be loved but only disappointments from people but I thank God who has enable my grandma to talk care of me and i thank God for loving me and requesting him to give me a person who will love me forever and have kids
I’ve wanted to take my life yesterday but after school I listen to the shorts of this song because I know it would help me because life gets hard but we all can get through it together.

I’m so surprised that I didn’t take my life. I was in unbearable pain for 30 plus years. For some reason God didn’t allow me to take my life. Mental pain and suffering is horrible! I lived in a house with a world renowned physician and many highly educated relatives. I still didn’t get help. I’m not sure there was any decent help for me cause this was back before good mental therapy existed. There’s very good help for anyone out there suffering. Take the step and ask for help, and put in the work cause you have a bright future, even if you don’t see it. And don’t ever ever forget that Jesus is alive and I have no doubt He loves you!
Tonight my pastor preached on Depression, Elijah wanted to die and give up on God but God just simply wouldn't allow it. Earlier this afternoon i listened to this song for the very first time and it brought me to tears because of how beautiful these words are. I have been fighting Depression for the past couple months, I've seen God work and give me victory but now i have found myself back into Depression. Tonight is the night my pastor preached the message about Depression, God truly knew what i needed tonight and gave me the bread i needed to eat. This song is literally like Jesus is telling me each word of these lyrics. We are messengers please know that your music has brought me hope, strength and the motivation to keep going.
Jesus has overcome- we just need to hang on long enough to see it.

This song hits home. I’ve been at a point to where I’ve wanted to end my life. As of recently as well.
I’ve been addicted to prescription medication for 7 years now. The agony of being on them. The shame of knowing I let myself fall into this trap. And the guilt of having my loved ones know I’m dependent on pills kills me everyday.
I’m only 31… and before I did anything to myself, I reached out to my parents and confessed what I was feeling. I confessed to my wife that I didn’t think I could go on living anymore.
No one knew the pain I was going through, the pain I’m currently going through. It was only my wife who would bear the burden. But lately, my parents have gotten involved. Also my brother.
Reaching out saved my life. Telling my friends and close family saved me from those moments where I was going to end myself.
And the promises of Jesus. If it weren’t for Jesus, only he knows where I’d be today.
