- Scout Squads are Space Marines in training, deployed as infiltrators and skirmishers to prove their mettle in combat. In this Warhammer painting video, we’ll be painting a Scout Sergeant in the Chapter colours of the Raven Guard to a Battle Ready standard. Then we’ll add a few more paints and techniques to take your models to the next level.

Glad to see GW using Raven Guard more. Hopefully we get more fluff.
Literally nothing from them in 9th. 8th ended with the homeworld facing their own Devastation of Baal but against a massive Ork Waaaagh! and the successors rallying to the system to help stem the green tide. That’s such a cool setup, I want to see that happen!
Then 10th kicked off and they’re fighting Tyranids alongside Catachans.
@@CMTechnica I didn’t know that deliverance was attacked. I take it they won? We do know Kayvaan is fighting near Terra because of the nid’s but that’s all I know.

I've just dropped a shed-load of money on a full company of scouts for my own little project :-) I've started building my own chapter of space marines at long last, so seeing how beautiful a finish you achieve here has really made me happy with my purchasing my scout minis. I wanted to start with the scouts, as they have more cloth and little extra details that I can experiment with using camouflage patterns and so forth, as well as with all the cool fantasy decal sheets I bought from ArmorCast :-) Love seeing how you paint black, and can't wait to try this for myself soon :-D

In general? Yes, the team like exploring new paint schemes. Specifically for these scout models? Not aware of any plans in the near future.
