can anybody tell me what the second rope he puts around when he comes to the first obstacle is? seems handy for passing obstacles. in UK we must have attachment at all times so slinging a fall arrest on before removing choker is quite time consuming. thanks in advance for help. Cheers
The second belt is his safety, he uses it when he removes fall arrest device. He can only use it when there is an obstacle that will not allow him to fall more than two feet. Notice the pole is clear of anything except for the secondary neutral. Where I worked you had telephone, cable tv, secondary services, and anything else they could manage to hang off the pole. He also was not wearing rubber gloves and sleeves. Makes it a whole lot easier.

@@EGONUSHAFOREVER мне в самом начале было ссыкатно, я тоже похожей фигнёй занимался, но поскольку мы строим линии и получаем бабки по завершению объекта, то мой страх быстро обуздали. Когда приходилось и без пояса лазил. А у него скорее всего почасовая, он может неделю на нее лезть.
