Samoa Joe's Nope Walk is probably the most iconic thing he does. It's arguably one of the best taunts ever. It's funny, it's smart, and it almost always pops off.
@@shoebert31 Um...I have 1994-2009 Raw on dvd. So because I have the ability to pause and zoom in at my leisure over and over, I spotted a few anti RVD signs between 02-04. They weren't on every single show straight. But a few in each of those years that were visible. Some "RVD sucks," "RVD is a spot monkey." "RVD is boring." And the camera crew would quickly cut to a different area in the crowd. They didn't want that visible too many seconds to the tv audience. And a lot of times (and this part doesn't neccessarily relate to RVD particularly) I saw posters that said, "They took my other sign." "Please don't take my signs."
Sabu's Sky-Point will always be a favorite of mine. It encapsulates the attitude of "I probably shouldn't do this but FUCK IT I'm going to anyway!" in one gesture. Back when I was young and stupid and partied a lot, I'd do it any time I was in that situation. Lol
@@UndergroundSkat2000 Actually he said he pointed towards some pigeon that got into the hall during one of the shows, but audience thought he was pointing towards sky\God and it remained his signature ever since.
Unfortunately being pushed in WWE requires being liked by advertisers and RVD's love for a little puff, especially before it was legal, was always going to hinder him
This is a time capsule man. Thanks for posting this. Really brought me back to the fun times in my life. You know, when I would yell, "MA Get in the kitchen and get me some cheesy puffs!!!" and mom would counter, "OK Son give me a minute to finish the laundry and prepare the belt..."
Of all the wrestlers over the years to use the throat slash, it was the Undertaker that made it famous! Yet he famously didn't want to do it at WrestleMania 26, and it was Shawn Michaels, his opponent, that signaled for the tombstone that led to the retirement of Shawn Michaels for eight long years!
Some other ones I like: Eddie's smirk before Lying, cheatin, and stealin. Batista's Thumbs Down. Masked Kane's head tilt and glove adjustment. Randy Orton prone to stand waiting for someone to stand up before RKO
When DDP said "I got two words for you," I wonder if that was his way of saying hello to HHH. It's a shoutout to DX, but cross-references their prior relationship with him saying it before the Diamond 🔹 Cutter.
Joe walking away is is probably one of the smartest wrestling taunts out there. The "attacker" mostly hurts themselves by belly flopping or face planting, while Joe remains unhurt.
In my opinion, I do see Samoa Joe's "Nope" as dangerous, though. I mean, a wrestler can jump off and make a mistake and receive serious or lethal injury if he were not to see it and stop it. I've seen other videos where wrestlers were saved because their opponent saw the mistake and stopped them from injury. It's a funny and unique taunt he does, sure, but can be very dangerous.
Samoa joe is clearly WINNER in this list. 😅 His WALKING AWAY is so hilarious when other wrestlers giving back flips without knowing that he already walked aside...!!!!! 🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣
"His matches were different and chaotic" is an interesting way of saying "he could only work squash matches and make anyone he was in the ring with look like a chump."
I still do the Degeneration X Suck It Chop every now and then and Samoa Joe's NOPE move needs to be added in WWE 2K Game as a moveset when a his opponent was preparing for the high flying dive...

i got me a good few tickets to detention for doing the DX "suck it" crotch chop, never stopped me doing it again though
Honestly the Samoa Joe Nope is something wrestling needs more of.
Joe was at the point of giving no fucks lol. I think other wrestlers are set on that part :P.
Steven/William Regal would do something similar on occasion.
It reminds me a bit of Yoko back in the day cause he would do something a bit similar and have the opponent throw themselves into the turnbuckle
id be mad if i was going against joe as it makes the high flyer like a idiet id be demainding to the bosses to catch them or dont put joe in matches
@@TheGamingZone- Yeah, because whining to the bosses is going to really help you with the boys.

Samoa Joe’s Nope is more op than Cena kicking out at two
RVD is one of the best ever. I'll die on that hill. Dude had not one qualm about sacrificing himself to entertain us
never heard of anyone booing rvd
@@shoebert31 rolling thunder was a crowd pleaser and spinning chair roundhouse too. We love that vintage ECW.

RVD has a kind of dlc character vibe to him.
Kane fixing his glove before the chokeslam. Needs to be in this series!
YES...YES...YES ☝🏻👆🏻
Samoa Joe’s Walk Away is Kinda Disrespectful 😂😂😂
its simple yet brilliant no one pulls it off like him
Mehn but very cool😂😂
Hilarious
That's why it works so well
It was arrogant but in a a cool nonchalant way
You can see undertaker try not to break when kane does the wazaaaap
that's probably legit a top 5 closest undertaker ever was to breaking character in the ring
Same Joe's "NOPE" is the best ever. Love Joe and his whole presentation.

Undertaker has the most iconic throat slash, however Arn Anderson has the best one. I still get chills whenever Arn does it.
Devon Dudley : been cracking nuts with his head since 1996
I can't count how many times the "suck it" taunt got me in trouble during elementary school 💀
I remember watching RVDs return in 2013 and I instantly got behind him and his taunt. Helps that is theme also rules.
So many to pick from to be my favorite. But I guess since I'm old school. I'll go with the Rick Flair strut.
The Joe walk was so ahead of its time.
If you do another of these, I'd like to recommend Hacksaw Jim Duggan's "Hoooo!"

Another way Dudley Boyz get the crowd hyped is the set up for 3D finisher
