Imo Barry is really intelligent and probably a lot more intelligent then the avarege person. But bc of his lack of eq and his mental struggles he can alot of the time come over as a absolute moron😂
one small example of his physical ability is when going to see Fuchs as he's out on the balcony trying to get down and Barry just climbs up
