The Lord keeps bringing me back to this message. I have felt so overwhelmed in grief with the sudden loss of my daughter, the role I have stepped into for her five children and battling my illnesses. This sermon touched me so deeply. I know the Lord brought me to it to make sure I heard everything. Pastor Stephanie even mentioned the foggy dreams which is what I have been suffering with since she went to Heaven. The Lord has always spoken to me in my dreams but now I know I'm dreaming but it is truly a FOG. Only God knew that and I know He put it on here. I am starting my fast and adding extra prayer time to sit with God and meditate on His love for me. Even in this tragedy I know my Baby Girl is resting in His arms in the fullness of Glory! This kept popping back to my screen and I kept saying I'll go back and watch it. Today I opened it and heard what God had to say to me. It'd hard to give up everything to do God's work, yet when you are called, things will not make sense util you do. God calls you to use you in a time that is to come when the things you worry about today will not matter anymore. When there is a famine, people don't worry about buying a new car, a new house, finding a husband, losing weight, getting a degree & so on... If you bring a solution to these things in a time of famine, you will not be solving much of anything. God calls us sometimes to prepare us for what is to come so we can be vessels for him to flow through to save others in a time of desperation. (We are in desperate times, souls need deliverance and salvation). Joseph's dreams made no sense until the time came. Today I'm surrendering! Giving up what I want for what God wants. Easier said than done but no peace will come until we obey God.
This is when you know when you are connected to the Throne of Grace when God uses His vessel to utter words that He's speaking to you. Thank you Holy Spirit of Truth.
