Trash Can Turkey 2023

I've been making a trash can turkey for Thanksgiving for over 10 years. This year we actually used a temperature probe to see actually how long it takes to cook a 15 pound turkey and this year is was 1 hour 40 minutes from cold coals to completion. My wife always had a backup just in case my turkey failed but this year she trusted me that mine would come out great.
By the way my turkey would win the taste test every year.
This year all I did was inject it with Italian salad dressing.
